I am a Personal Trainer, willing to train anyone who is eager to look and be their best!! Dancing on the treadmill is my unique gift from God and I love to assist anyone through dance and fitness to be the best individual they could ever be. This is a lifetime journey, no quick fix. Its a state of mind.

Not crowded at 7:30am

Gym is on the smaller side but has a pretty decent range of equipment and amenities. Staff is friendly and accommodating and the pricing is very nice. 

I like this place. I go in the mid morning and it's never too crowded. I never had to wait more than a minute for any particular exercise machine and even that's rare.

I'm confused is there less Covid at 10pm? What are they closing for? Open up people got stuff to do. Gym's pretty good.
