Second worst showers so far traveling across country. I checked all four available showers. All barely luke warm. But every time a toilet flushed, you got about 3 seconds of hot water, but then it turned completely cold.

I have been with 24hr Fitness since 1993. 24hr closed 8 of 11 clubs in Las Vegas. I am a new member of Planet Fitness. The clubs are newer, cleaner and the staff is more friendly than the old system I was a part of before the PLANdemic. ====================== DOWNGRADING SCORE FROM 4 STARS TO 3 STARS: HAVING ISSUES WITH CLEANLINESS. About 7 people in gym. ================================ FINAL OUTCOME: DOWNGRADING SCORE TO ONE STAR! CLUB BANNED AND TERMINATED MY MEMBERSHIP! I BROUGHT UP A NEW A LIABILITY RISK ISSUE AND DISCUSSED THE DIRTY CLUB ISSUE with the manager AGAIN! NO IMPROVEMENT. Draw your own conclusions! The girl working in the front Karina is unprofessional and racist. I needed to use the bathroom and i could not wait, there was a sign that the bathrooms were closed never did it say we couldn't use the sinks or get tissue. Another girl was in the bathroom BEFORE me and she kicked me out and said she was going to cancel my membership and she did. She could have gave me warning instead. There was no sign outside of the bathrooms indicating that they were closed. It was discrimination because why only me and not the other girl? Next time put a sign OUTSIDE the bathroom where it's visible, and let the people know the bathrooms DO NOT "work".

I really like this gym, and it was getting rebuild, so it was closed for a while. I'm here, a week after it opens. Tell me why aren't the restrooms available if it's open? If it's not going to be completely open, then why open at all. That's stupid. I shouldn't have to go next door to use another restroom. 2 hours later... so I understood why they closed the restrooms, but whoever was in charge of plumbing, did not double check it, or/and the owner of Planet Fitness did not check the restrooms. There's flooding happening in them. Come on. How is this happening after the time it was rebuilt. It's 3 stars instead of 5. Shouldn't you speak to the club manager yourself since you're the owner?

I love 24 hr fitness centers because I like to come in and utilize the weights without having to wait for people to be finished, cool thing about planet fitness is the crowd meter on the app let's me know when the gym is empty. After my workout, the water pressure bed massager always completes my workout. The staff are coo people to talk with. Machines stay clean etc I can go on and on, I love planer fitness

Won't let me store my electric scooter behind the counter. Told me to put it in the locker room. It wont fit and its like they want it to get stolen. Uptight much

All new renovations the gym got an upgrade looks bigger and better more comfy to exercise best looking one outta all of Vegas the staff are unfriendly and the all people that go to that gym are the same unfriendly everyone keeps to them selfs just like I like it now use 2 it it’s been like that for a year not looking for change $10 you can beat it see ya there

Always a better cheaper route only because their are so many near by you never have an excuse not to go vs haveing to drive 30 mins bak n forth

Regular gym, with regular folks. Fairly clean, can get very busy, use to like going early to avoid crowds. Only negative, some people will hog the Smith machines for over 1 hour! No gym manners! Other than that it's a good place to do your workout and go.
