Great atmosphere. The massage chair was awesome!! It was my first day, but the black card membership, in my opinion, seems to be the best overall deal. You have access to all locations, and you can bring a guest at no extra charge each time...unbeatable!!!
Working out at PF is truly the no judgement zone. Can’t beat the selection of equipment and the price. Something for everyone. Lots of cardio choices and workout rooms. The staff at this location are friendly. Do something good for your body and mind that impacts your life today and your future. One day at a time!
Clean, tidy, new equipment, and a staff with beautiful smiles and bright personality! I'm a gym-head-ahh-boi... and I wouldn't gym anywhere else for 24/5 hours 7a-7p on Sat-Sun. Love Planet Fitness!
The facility is amazing, really well thought out layout and design. They have all the toys, bags, really nice workout machines, and every piece of functional equipment that you can think of.
Great experience. Update 6/15/22 still fantastic. Great clientele and inviting atmosphere. Definitely the place to go. Anyone who is anyone is here. On 8/29/22 still incredible experience!!! It is still great on 10/28/22... this is a pretty consistent crowd and typically not hard to work in on a machine
Love this place. It helps me keep healthy. No judgment zone. New tanning beds, stand up or lay down, Vibrashape, hyrdromassage beds, massage chairs, etc. Check them out. Staff always there, always pleasant. Ashley at desk is so sweet. I see people and staff wiping down machines a lot. I "leave it better than when I came". I definitely recommend this PF. I have always had paper towels and disinfectant spray available. They use an electric dryer for hands in bathroom, which is 'green'.
90% of the TVs you can't even see. every single employee that I have informed about this all said the same freaking thing. "It's been that way since I've started working here. "No one has taken responsibility of all these extremely expensive TVs to get them fixed. It's kind of pointless to even have them if they're not going to have them to where you can actually see them without them being so dark and purple. Very disappointed in this particular facility. I know planet fitness love purple, but this is ridiculous!
This location is really nice. The staff is professional, kind and provides excellent customer service. Tric was my first trainer and she was amazing. Grace is my current trainer and she is very good!!!
This place is nicer than the one in Charleston but I don’t care for how you must provide them your bank Acct info and during the pandemic I felt they benefited from ppl being charged monthly and having to go in to cancel membership.
Staff is okay and seems to enjoy working there. But this location is just too busy and doesn't have enough of the most popular machines. During busy hours only half the cardio will be used but there might be a 30 or 45 minute wait on a Smith machine during non busy times. Sometimes people are not even using a Smith machine they are just using it as a space to do other exercises. Unless you want to work out late at night you will find yourself being frustrated at having to wait on machines.
