Planet Fitness - Staten Island

This place helped me a lot even when I was down, my God! I lost a lot of weight and body fat using these equipment they have! I mean, Godlee! What a difference! Eating healthy too! Well, I am at 4 days a week, and I think I'm going to push 5 days a week! THANK YOU ALL STAFF AND PLANET FITNESS, YOU ALL ROCK!!!

Manager is an exceptional professional and answers any and all questions; whether in person or on the phone. A great example of someone who goes above and beyond. Every visit all staff here are smiling and welcoming

I don't like the cardio machines having cold air hit right on top of you. I want to sweat not cool down. Its really cold after breaking a sweat. I want to feel heated and pumped.

This is the Best planet fitness I have been to. They have a great selection of machines and equipment. The Staff is super friendly, consistently cleaning and ensuring the gym is in good shape. Tatiana the manager does an amazing job here along with the rest of the staff.

Great experience as a first timer I really am happy with myself for starting this new journey and I’m especially happier that I have my best friend beside me as well . I thank the staff for being great with attentiveness and positive attitudes and of course their patience with me with all my questions.

I frequent this location rather often which is a good thing, at times, you can get a good 2 hour workout in. Others ya might need to cut it short because of random ppl babysitting the equipment watching videos on their phones. I am not even sure what that trend is about? However, I digress.. Staff is friendly, and they do their best to clean up behind the litter bugs.

Planet fitness is a scam the manager I spoke to on the phone was rude and her manager was hostile, they charged money to me even after I canceled my membership in January and weren't willing to credit me my money back. My membership ship was only 13 a month because my Insurance pays for it I payed the 13 to use the massagechair because i have sciatica and the tanning booth but this location was very dirty and alot of the equipment needed to be upgraded.

It's always a good time. I just wish customers would clean the tanning brd/ room when leaving so the next person can start! Or, someone from team has to clean after everyone uses it. we are talking about bare feet

Had a wonderful experience. The Manager Tatiana is wonderful and she has an amazing staff. I recommend attending this gym.

It is my first month at this gym and I have had problems with payments, they are charging me more, in the monthly payment a charge of 15 dollars more than depending on whether it is late payment or that the routing number is wrong, it seems somewhat illogical to me because My subscriptions were made correctly and the payment was correct in the subscription. The truth is, I am having a bad experience and there are 5 subscriptions that I pay for. I am thinking of canceling.
