My husband and I have been a member for 3 years now. Setting aside Covid closure. This place is beyond clean and the staff is truly family. Every single person that works there- from the desk ppl to the maintenance ppl are always warming and inviting. I actually look forward to seeing them everyday.

The adult swim classes are not taken seriously here. It was a waste of time and money. I shared my concerns with the director and he denied my reports then ignored follow up messages. I canceled my membership and will never return.

I love this YMCA so much!! Best staff ever and I come here to workout and I always feel so welcomed and the atmosphere is so comforting!

This place is a joke. Half of the facilities are broken or out of order. The steam room is down, the locker room is nasty, the staff are slow. Pool hours are all over the place and inconsistent, and the membership price even with a deal is way over priced. Went three times trying to use the pool and haven’t been able to yet.

They change pool schedule literally every week without informing members. Sauna and steam room hardly ever work. People at the front desk usually don't know anything. I wish there was an alternative nearby. I would pay more for proper service.

If you're a parent looking to watch your child swim, this isn't the place for you. They don't have allow the parents on the pool floor although there is a large empty bench there due to capacity issues - which is understandable- kind of. But what's not cool is that all parents are forced to look through a single glass see through door, standard sized door. Take your pick of crouching, standing, rotating with other parents so that you can watch your kid swim, for 45 minutes. I started, and my kid is having fun, and so we'll finish. But come the end of the period, he'll be signed up with another center where I can sit and watch my kid swim.

Great place for working out and family time! Don't listen to the Bad reviews. These people don't know how good they have it. Reasons why it's great: 1 Need an hour or two to workout and get you class on, than this is the place to do it. This YMCY has a clean new play room for kids to play with toys. Have art activity and be supervised by two teachers. 2 Abundance of kid friendly programs. Ballet, Swim with teacher class.The swim with parents class was removed because kids were not trying since a lot of parents are overprotective. Myself being one. Not a Big deal. Their instrtors are more than capable to teach my kid. 3 Holloween, Easter egg hunt, Christmas 2 hour drop off. This place is nothing if not fun for the kids. Aspecially for Holliday shopping. Drop off the kids and you can run to the mall for gift shopping. Hurray! 4 Classes for adults are in abondance. Spin class, step class, yoga, Zumba to name a few. 5 Enough exercise room equipment to last you a life time. With fitness coaches available to help you with your work out. In short, this is a great place to keep healthy and work out. Don't believe me, drop by their front desk and ask to look at the available programs and schedule of classes. And don't complain that you have to wait outside while your kid is learning to swim. It is not an Olympic pool.

As a parent, I really enjoy taking my child for their gymnastics and swimming programs. She really enjoys their classes and the staff is wonderful. And the security is tight and does put ease of mind.

Seems as everybody is a racist to KOMROOK after reading all of his reviews. Ill be in soon enough for my membership. Hopefully, after 2 hip replacements, the pool is ready. Need that aquatherapy. Will update my review in mid May.
