Planet Wings

Spent 70$ and got some nasty looking wings. Absolutely zero meat, overcooked, and smelled disgusting. I can’t even begin to describe how F’d up you need to be to even consider sending this out.

Just grabbed some wings, dried out like they where from yesterday's. Customer service was great but the wings just are awful.

After spending $43 on wings to find them all dried out Not fresh at all I threw it all away

Food is good. Delivery is horrible, not because of the drivers. The store fails to tell you how long delivery will be in advance, then when they do tell you it'll be a long wait anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half it's really 2 hours with cold soggy food brought to your door. Enployees are obviously overwhelmed and have to deal with angry client's because whej you call to complain you have to go on hold for about 10 minutes. Management needs to get it together with service. Don't bite more then you can chew.

The wings were super crispy, but in a bad way. Super small wings cooked in Satan's grease of hell. Dine in consists of a few dirty two top tables.

I’ve ordered here many times before and suddenly there’s a new policy where they have to have the driver check your credit card and ID for a delivery. Which is completely fake I called the corporate office and 2 other locations on the island and they said that’s only for pickup not delivery I called again to speak to the manger the dude who canceled my order lied and said he was the manager. I told him distinctly what the other locations plus corporate said and he got very rude and started contracting himself. Moral of the story is don’t hand your ID and credit card out to the drivers because they just want your information. It’s highly inappropriate for anyone to ask for my information when I already inputted in the online system.

this place doesn’t follow orders, i told them well done crispy fries and they delivers them soggy, the only thing good is the wings and the delivery system is awful they came a hour late, i do not appreciate this service.

We ordered 30 wings ....we were told 30-45 .... instead 1 hour and 30 minw later we received our order .... the order was inedible ... the wings were overcooked and so dry that the meat was crumbing like charcoal. WIngs are suppose to be juicy ...these we horrible... in addition we had a delivery guy that refused even ring the bell .... horrible ... never ordering here again

Delivered to my address two weeks ago and now claims they won’t. Very unprofessional.

I’ve only had wings here and for anyone that is saying there wings are good you’re LYING. The size of the wings are small and the taste of the wings are gross. These were the worse wings I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t even know how they could’ve served them to anyone without shame. I really wish I could’ve given 0 stars. Smh.... where are these 5 stars coming from? These people must not know good food and eat garbage, because that’s exactly what is being served here.
