Had them do a small project for my boat dash, at first it wasn't exactly what I was wanting or at least the quality was a little off. Went back in and talked to the Vice President of the company Angel about my issue with the project, they took it back into the production area and took care of the problem right then and there..that is customer service people. What America was built on. Good job with the cover an the extra help fixing the problem.

Very knowledgeable and knew what I needed better than I did. Excellent pricing and good turn-around time. I needed lane markers for youth track and field. We had seen prices online for $180 each. They charged $20 and it was a better product. Wish they had longer hours so I could pick their brains more.

I was building a custom acrylic laptop stand and needed very specific cuts to some plastic pieces. I found Plastic Supply through their website and sent them my specifications and request for a quote, and received an email with details a few days later. I brought my plastic down to their office on Josephine street off I-10 and was greeted by friendly staff, particularly a pretty girl working at one of the front desks who kindly took care of the entire order process. After placing the initial order it took a little over a week before they could actually cut the pieces (since there were other orders ahead of mine), but fortunately the timing worked out and it was worth the wait. I was really pleased with the job they did, the plastic was perfectly cut to my specifications and even had some rounded trimmings added as well for better stability. Whoever cut the pieces took great care to get it right and displayed some admirable craftsmanship, I wish I could have seen the process myself to learn a thing or two about it. The price was very reasonable, the speed was good, the customer service was excellent and the final product quality was perfect, so overall I'm a very satisfied and happy customer. I just finished building the laptop stand as well and it turned out great, so I wanted to make sure to put up a good review online for the fine job they did. I highly recommend them, and if I ever have future custom plastic needs I'll definitely be returning to Plastic Supply.

Described what i wanted to Toni and they got it wrong not even because i took a template of what i wanted. i took it just incase it would work but it didn't. They tried it again and they did it right the second time but instead of working with me on the price since the first one was messed up they went ahead and charged me again and said you can keep the first one it is of no use to us. I was going to get more products done for other aircraft but Jackie told me to take it to Regal supply instead. I will never take my business to them again and they are over priced as well. Be careful if you plan on doing business with them.
