This is the worst place I’ve ever been to!!! CANCEL the load before you get stocked in here. Arrived at gate 4 and here was a single line but on the right side is a big parking lot and trucks kept coming and coming, I am here for the first time and they have no sings or any instructions for drivers. In line are required to stay only those who are picking up, others drivers who are delivering are supposed to park in the parking lot and go sign in... so I had a delivery and still waiting in line, not knowing that I don’t have to, and than I went to the guard shack to ask how is it going at this company, at what the lady answered to me: you have to pull out of the line, park in the lot and come back in line, loosing my place in line... Really??!!! Stupid Company !!!

Worst place ever they didnt load me only because the trailer had a small tiny hole on one corner ....stupid place!!!

I worked as an operator for 13 years for Formosa, one friday night the elevator i was in fell one floor and it was locked out for repairs on monday night my back hurt some no big deal, but I told everyone on shift including Rusty Coward my shift supervisor. On Monday night I was using the same elevator (day shift said it was unlocked and ready to be used ) i was going down 6 floors and at the 5th floor it began to free fall, it stopped 1 foot below the 1st floor. I told my supervisor Rusty Coward and my fellow co-workers again- they didn't seem to be too surprised, my back was hurting a lot but and I couldn't lift things that were heavy without being in tears. I did not believe I was injured badly at all. After being in pain for 6 months my wife said I need to see a doctor, long story short I have 13 buldged disks, 1 neck surgery, 1 lower back surgery, Formosa did not help me keep my job even tho I was building a database and completed it before going to a doctor. 90% of my job at the time did not require heavy lifting, but Formosa refused letting me come back to work. They hired a lawyer for workman comp so I didn't get that, I was unable to sue because of paper we signed at employment time says you can't sue (its been tried before, and all the lawyers know it's a done deal)can't sue. 2 years later I found out that the people who inspected the elevator just hours before I used it indicated that the elevator had limit switch problems and power cable problems but they left it unlocked and ready to be used, I tryed to sue but my co-workers and the supervisor Rusty Coward lied and said they didn't know I was injured even tho they let me work the DCS (control board) inside for nearly 5 months because I was hurting. If they would have said they knew then the supervisor and them could have been in big trouble- Formosa works on the buddy system and I wasn't a buddy. If you only knew what I know you'll stay clear of Formosa because if the buddy that just got hired as an operator or supervisor left HEB your life could be at jeopardy all it takes is one mistake and it could be big problem. I saved the company millions of dollars with ideas they used, saved the unit from 2 explosions, get hurt and that hero goes to a zero ! Unless your a buddy. Thanks Formosa !

Where is DOT To penalize this dump hole!!!!????? DRIVERS IF YOU SEE THIS BEFORE ITS TO LATE, RUN CANCEL THE LOAD!!!!!
