Horrible management from HR on down filled with liers. Not a good company to work for at all!!!! Lied to me strait to my face and had me turn down other jobs just to be led on can't take these people serious at all !

Get ready to work the hardest you've ever had for your pay. It's stressful and extremely hot and poorly ventilated. No fans are allowed in your work area and you breath in fiberglass dust all day long. Don't expect raises or any recognition for your effort, and unless you speak Spanish don't expect help or respect from your coworkers. Bad attitudes are condoned and management couldn't care less who you are. They expect you to work 60hr weeks and will ask for weekends. You'll be standing the whole time with only two 15min breaks and a 30 min lunch. It's a job that will get you through till you find something better.

TBH it's not a bad place to work. Plenty of work and plenty of hours also. It is a requirement to speak and write in English but that's a big joke. A high percentage of workers only speak Spanish and reading/writing in English is a pure joke. Good/normal insurance and benefits but hourly compensation is flat out sad. They pay up to $4 less than the average skilled workers in the same field. So if you're straight out of the barrio and don't mind getting raped in every aspect of a job......well then welcome to General Plastics and Composites!!!!!
