I was able to get fast, dependable, accurate service with this place. I really like their Houston location because it's near my studio. The sales person answered all of my newbie questions quickly. I realize that this staff spends a lot of their time teaching buyers, not just selling to them, because the products are so diverse this education is crucial to the buyer's ability to select the correct product for a project. I know it must get tedious teaching customers on a daily basis about materials, but it certainly assisted me in my purchase decision. As a fine artist I have used a variety of polymer based materials, but, so many new products hit the market this information is important. I'm also blown away by the many diverse uses for these materials as it applies to architecture and fine art.

Every time I call as of late (Bear in mind I have done business with Regal through different companies for over a decade) prices continue to skyrocket. I have purchased small insignificantly sized pieces with no issue and paid for delivery etc, historically with no issues. Here lately, I have been hit with order minimums as well as outrageously increased pricing, not to mention pricing miscommunication and ridiculously condescending attitudes. Today I asked for .5" clear acrylic half sheet well over $350. After letting go of Regal, I called Professional Plastics here in town and got a full sheet, not a half sheet, for $100 less. Goodbye Regal.

Great Customer Service! Looked for a certain type of material and couldn't find it anywhere in stock, Gave Regal Plastics a call and ... happiness! They had it in stock and shipped it to me the same day! My project turned into a great order and on time because of Regal Plastics. Everyone pretty much won in this case!
So do I recommend this company YES I SURE DO !

BUYERS BEWARE!!! And take note of these names: JASON NAVARRO (salesman) and JACOB MEIDEL (general manager). These people disgust me! They don’t own up to their mistakes and have continued to ignore our calls.
This company did not only deliver FAULTY products, they also LIE TO THEIR TEETH!!! Not only that, someone from their company SIGNED ON OUR BEHALF (that’s ILLEGAL!). THEY SIGNED the paper that indicated they delivered the products in “good condition”. And THEY submitted that “document” to our credit card company. The document was signed by a certain HUBERT BRANT - someone we DO NOT KNOW!!!
It's been MANY MANY months these polygal products has been sitting in our garage and we cannot use that space hoping they will take it back! And we have no way of taking it back.
We disputed this purchase with our credit card company and they just stacked up MORE LIES claiming they sent us "quality" products. Also, shortly after I posted the first review (with all the pictures evidencing the numerous dents on all of their polygal), somebody from Regal Plastics called up my husband ASKING us to remove the review. And then threatens that they won't cooperate with us with this issue if I keep this post. Well, I'm no wuss about a company threatening a small customer like us!!
Now they claim that they have pictures proving that they delivered "quality materials". There was NOT one picture proving their claim!!! NOT ONE!!! And we have ALL these photos documenting everything that very same day they delivered it!!! This battle is not over. This review will be posted on every review site I can possibly post it on. And will be letting BBB know about this too!!! Do NOT, again.. DO NOT give this company any of your business!!! Horrible products!! Horrible HORRIBLE customer service!!!

We purchased their new polygal product as waterproof pergola cover yesterday. Came in with lots of dents and now they claim we caused the damage. We sent them pictures of the dents and it's consistent among all the sheets they sent. The installers didn't inform us until my husband peeled the cover from the last sheet and found the dents. How in the world can they even know if there's dents on it when there's a plastic sheet on top of the polygals?!!! We contacted them immediately with all the pictures! I'm still very mad and livid at them! First off, they messed up our order and didn't deliver all the sheets we needed. They did come afterwards to deliver the last sheet. But then today they don't want to take responsibility for their faulty product!!! This company is awful! Their customer service is just as BAD!!! We will NOT stop until they correct this!! Be warned!!!
UPDATE: They had promised to fix this issue and until then, this review stands. I'm hoping to change this review (and rate) if an actual good material is being delivered as a replacement. I give am giving them credit for trying to address this matter.
This review is based solely on the quality of the material being delivered, NOT the installation.
