Been using these guys for the last 6 years. No issues ever. Fast, reliable and affordable. Hard to find that these days. Definitely recommend this company.

These guys are great, I have used them for at least the last five years - recently had an issue come up and Chad jumped right on it - problem solved with no issues - if you want fast, reliable, fair, and friendly service Platinum is your team

My dad said he was a good guy did his job fast and our cats loved him. Haven't seen any bugs crawling after he was done. Fair prices too!

I don't trust these guys anymore after what I have been dealing with. Platinum did spray the place, but in order to coordinate with Full Circle's bed bug policy, I have to pay these guys to come out and give the all clear, a service which should be free, the all clear service I mean. Plus, Chad from Platinum has this bad ego problem when I told him about Full Circle's policy, he said, "They're telling me how to do my job." So that's unprofessional of Chad. And they also like to stall like this. So I would not recommend Platinum strongly as they are unprofessional and like to stall, and refuse to cooperate with a special needs agency's bed bug policy, plus Chad needs to be fired.

Very quick response. Job was done and didn't see bugs for at least a year! No wasps either!! Very impressed!
