This is a horribly disorganized company. I paid their bill and then they have repeatedly called me. I then explain to the person on the phone, send email documentation of cleared check and the person says "Ok. I see it now." Then two weeks later repeat the process. Also after I cancelled the service, they called and apologized for their technician not showing up the day before. I hadn't used them for over six months! Horrible customer service.

They have showed up everytime in the last 3 years and are flexible on payment

Called over memorial day weekend and the call center took my call and scheduled service for June 1st at 9 a.m. I took the day off work and planned and prepped and nobody showed up. I have a door bell camera and found that in the afternoon someone did ring it and show up, about 4 hours after the scheduled appointment time. I ended up calling and speaking with the service manager who was very police, apologetic and mentioned they had some scheduling and staffing issues that day. They really didn't offer anything special and just completely dropped the ball. I've heard from co-workers that they have problems like this a lot.
