Iowa-Illinois Termite & Pest

I called them to trap squirrels in my chimney. Came out the next day and gave me a free estimate. I agreed to use them on the spot. Great service and price. So far they've captured 3 of the critters and the chimney is squirrel free. I called kenneys pest control and even though I was 3 blocks away from them they could not come out for 3 weeks to give me a bid that was going to cost me $60. I've used Iowa Illinois in the past too. They got rid of my box elder bug infestation.

We had bed bugs and they did the treatment but we didn't finish all the follow ups so a few months later they come back. I called them to see what they could do to retreat them and they want to charge me another $1200 but offer free follow ups because apparently you get charged for those on top of the $1200, there was nothing in the paperwork I signed stating that. Plus they charged us $65 for not doing the follow up. This place is a rip off!! Even the lady at the store thought that it was strange that the guy that they sent over wanted to recharge us. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Do not hire them to replace gutters. They left a mess, didn't finish the job and one gutter is draining the opposite way of the downspout! The office lady ( Donna) told me they would be here for sure next day to fix it and finish the job( she said I had her word) and they never showed up. We got this alot from the beginning on when they would start, or come to work on the job. They were sub contracted to do this job, and I have let them know they are being replaced. All I heard was how they stand behind their work and have been doing gutters for years . Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

Highly Recommend. I have been using Iowa Illinois for 3 years for my properties and they have never failed to follow through with anything. Great service all around.

the owners are fantastic individuals and they offer qualitu service at affordable prices. i understand not everyone has a pest problem but if you do you can count on IA/IL pest for sure.
