Orkin Pest & Termite Control

Excellent place to work and top knotch training! I currently work here and have seen some of the unfortunate customers that reviewed negatively and feel sorry that they had a bad experience with our company. I will work to the best of my ability and look forward to servicing some of you!

Orkin came to my house today and the worker left the bill and never entered the house and left an automatic bill. I contacted the gentleman in question and he claimed to have walked all around my house and sprayed. Just went outside and no tracks around the house in the snow. My daughter and her friend (30 year olds) were sitting in the three season room which has 1 window that looks to the east, 5 windows that look south and 2 windows and the glass entry back door that IF a treatment were to have been applied would seem to have been "treated" around that entire area (Yes, all open glass!) IF, he treated he would have clearly seen them and SHOULD have knocked on that door as they would have been within inches of him. Neither saw any person. There are NO ants in the winter nor spiders outside. Secondly, the house inside nor out has ever been spider free since treatments began in the summer. So, if you are looking to find a pest control company with reputable workers I would suggest you think twice.

Been double billed, been told a certain charge would be applied to a new card and then two months were billed to it. Worst of all we plan our day around the flea bombs by moving all of our animals out and taking half day off. Guess what, they either show up hours late or not at all! And don't expect them to contact you if they are behind or not showing, they won't.
