Ariel at checkout was not only quick and courteous, but she looked fabulous. I'm trans, so going in to stores and finding good clothes is an anxious endeavor but Ariel's level of professionalism and kindness set me at ease. Plus, I came in here at an hour before closing and the rest of the staff was nothing but helpful.

Waste of time. Brought in 6 MK bags in good condition and only took 2. If you want to make some profit from what you put in your belongings sell on offer up, facebook marketplace, or EBay. I’m sure they will triple the buy on the one MK bag they took.

I love it here! Everything is organized by style, size and season! the staff is well put together and very nice as well. I love how the dressing rooms are still open unlike most places! It’s amazing. I’ve sold my items here as well, they were very respectful and fast as well. Thank you so much.

I buy more then I sell but come on even if the shoes are good condition a 80-120$shoe is not worth getting 5$ ....I'm good I will show pictures of ment condition to these look from the good will shoes

Brought in a bag full of brand new clothes and they didn’t accept anything, including a Tommy Hilfiger jacket I literally just took the tags off 2 days ago and wore once. Their reasoning was that the clothes were “too worn”. They could at least tell me the real reason .

I always love going to this platos closet but I just sold there for the first time yesterday. I brought in a big bag of barely used clothes and they offered me $11.00 for three items. I was like okay whatever that’s fine they probably just took some shirts. No. I had two new altard state dresses, one i had never worn and one i had worn once to a wedding. So I leave, go to my car to look in my bag to see the items they took. Two of the three items they took were those dresses, for $11.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I understand they can’t give you full price or half price for your used clothes, but $11.00 dollars for two expensive dresses that on average cost $70-$80???? Honestly feel like I got ripped off. Not impressed in the slightest.

Attentative employees,for the most part. It was uncomfortably hot , and stuffy ... Also shoe selection was kinda poorly selected,A bit dirty. You get four stars because I wouldn't buy your shoes anyways.

Been in many times. Decent amount of purchases and 2 attempts at resale/sales. There is ALWAYS an issue! Barking little girls w/ THE RULES. Clothes are not all that for the price and they reject their own clothes even when not worn for return at anyprice. And always issue w/ dressing rms: often no attendant I was chased out once after waiting. Asked to have shoes separated for try on and Got yelled at. Mean and nasty little girls.

I've been selling and buying clothes and shoes here for a little while now. Always enjoyed my experiences when it comes to both selling or buying too. They often give you a fair amount of money if you bring in the right items. I find it more worth it to sell here than online at times.

I was skeptical about taking my things here after reading reviews but I went and the employees were very nice to me. It only took about 35 min for them to go through my things. I had a tub they maybe bought half of my things which is fine with me. I never go in expecting to have everything accepted. I will continue to go back selling my clothing and purchasing from them.
