Play It Again Sports

The best place in town for sports gear for your kids. I've got two boys in hockey and I had little to no understanding of all the gear involved. The staff has always been super friendly, informative and patient. They go above and beyond to make sure the equipment you buy from them is just what you need and will fix any issues you have. As long as the boys are involved in sports, we will continue to take our business to them.

Our first visit here and an amazing experience! We were looking for a new bat for my son. I knew very little about bats, just what his coaches told me. We had wonderful customer service from Kevin I think that was his name. He even got to go in the back to try them out before purchasing. They had a better variety than other places we looked at. While it's a bit of a drive from where we live completely worth it!

The employees were nice and attentive. Clean place with a bathroom open to customers. The only downside is they didn’t have my soccer gear. The brand was limited to one or two for everything. Everything was great except that, soccer seemed to be the one sport they didn’t have a lot of equipment for unfortunately.

I went there for golf clubs and was surprised by their selection. They had a lot of nice clubs and the man I have nicknamed the doctor a.k.a. Kevin was a huge help. Not only did he find me a new driver he gave me tips and improved my swing. He was a huge help and I appreciated everything he said. Awesome place with awesome people.

Great customer service with associates who actually know about the products they are selling. Prices are competitive but not spectacular. You can return purchased used items for full price within 14 days of purchase with the receipt. Overall it is a great experience.

The folks at play it again sports in Omaha never dissapoint. Always a great experience when I go in there. They run the business with honesty at fair prices. Lucky to have them in the area.

We brought in a slightly used incumbent bike. the greeter Scott was friendly, HOWEVER , HOWEVER, the staff that had to help us were the most unfriendly personnel!!! customer service were NOT IN THEIR VOCABULARY!!! snickering faces and mumbling to each other, apparently we were a bother to their day. PATHETIC I would never patronize them with my money$$$

Went in yesterday looking for quality used golf clubs. Marcus immediately was there to help me and gave great recommendations. Left happy with a set of Mizuno irons and a Taylor Made driver. Definitely will be back!

Never again, will I spend a dime at “Play it Again, Sports in Omaha! I have spent over $1,000 at the 8453 W. Center store with in last 6 months and still only to get treated extremely poor. The owner seems to be the only polite retail worker there. So they have lost my business forever and everyone I pursue not to go there, which isn’t difficult cause there prices are sky high and they sell used stuff for same price brand new. Do your research and know what your buying and try to avoid play it again sports!!!

I read reviews before stopping in and expected it to be a nice store with a friendly staff, my experience far exceeded those expectations. I was immediately greeted by Scott, who took a genuine interest in how he could help. I was looking for some golf clubs and he showed me to the section and informatively walked me through the options and price points. I thought the prices were very fair, especially considering the level of service and amenities He also happily set up the simulator and let me try out the sets I was interested in, which was incredibly helpful for me to make a final decision. Was checked out quickly by Marcus, who was very pleasant as well. I could go on, but I will summarize and say it I don’t know how it could have gone better. A+ thank you for the experience.
