Tom Kelley's Bowling Pro Shop

Tom Kelly’s is easily the best place in Nebraska to buy any of bowling necessities. I’ve bought 3 balls so far bags, shoes, towels, and so much more. Tom and his team are so helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again for everything you guys do!

This is a great place to go to if you need bowling supplies. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. They help me pick out a ball, measure my hand for the ball and helped me pick out a bag. I already had shoes. They even donated my old ball to someone in need! Great work!!! I’ll definitely come back if I need re measurements or adjustments!!!!

When you walk in you are greeted by someone right away. The whole staff is warm and friendly. Great variety of product. All staff is highly knowledgeable with all product and any question you may have. They get to know there clientele on a personal level, and really go the extra mile for all. I would highly recommend Tom Kelley’s to someone new to bowling to someone who has been bowling for years.

Great experience!! We went for the first time last weekend and Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. It was even a super busy day with lots of people in the store and they rotate through everyone in a very timely manner. I thought we would get fitted and come back or something but it was done within minutes and we took our custom balls home. Awesome place to go for bowling needs! And any adjustments we need for the future are free with a ball purchase and you just stop on in!

Today was our first time visiting the shop and to say we had a great experience is an understatement! They have a great selection, very knowledgeable staff, and you are able to walk out with your custom balls the same day. Donnie helped us with our sizing, drilling, and engraving. He was so friendly and he taught us all a few awesome things about bowling balls that we had no idea about. We will definitely be returning and will highly recommend to friends!

First time visiting this store today and even though they were busy everyone was AMAZING! I am a beginner bowler and they taught me the difference between the bowling balls. They made it a super easy process. Excited to try it out tomorrow!! Thank you!!

You could not ask for a better place to get your bowling needs met! The entire family/staff that runs this place is amazing beyond words and they are so kind/helpful to anyone, regardless of your knowledge of bowling. When my family went in recently we were not sure what questions to ask or what we should look for, but they were so knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. There is no other place in Nebraska I would send anyone to for bowling gear than Tom Kelley's.

New to bowling as of May 2022. After a few months of consistent play with some buds, we all decided to buy our own starter kits. We all started with their Reactive package Reactive balls, ball carrier, shoes, cleaner, and a rag at the beginning of the summer. Reasonably priced considering all the items that were included. Drilling and sizing was fast, service was excellent, and everyone in the shop had really good insight on what to look for. A few months later, I went back pretty much dead-set on buying a Pitch Black or Hammer ball. I discussed my goals, my skill level, and what I was looking for in a new, upgraded ball with Tom. He steered me in a direction he felt would better suit my needs, and recommended a different set of balls that would be a better fit in my arsenal. He talked about newer bowlers struggling to understand the power behind certain specialized balls, and how it would likely result in frustration. I really appreciated the extra step he took in ensuring I was purchasing something that wasn't out of my skill range and would ultimately keep me loving the game. I went with an Ebonite Aero at the time, and he was on the nose with what I was I needed based on my style and skill set. Practice played big part in better scores, but being guided by a professional and caring shop was definitely a contributing factor in my performance as a casual weekend bowler. I cannot recommend Tom Kelly and the rest of the team enough.

Hi Rhianna - we are sorry to see this review. We have not had anyone coming in asking for a job inside of our pro shop and have not advertised that we're looking. Are you sure you have the right location? Did you apply at a bowling center perhaps? It was this place, I called asking if there were any job openings, this was sometime this year I cant quite remember when and I never saw anything posted I was just calling around seeing if anyone was hiring and I drove past the tom Kelley's blowing pro shop right next to Mangelsens in the Westgate plaza.... I understand that you are looking for someone with experience in that area I completely get that, I was asking if I could cashier or do janitorial duties and that's when she became very rude and laughed at me. The conversation maybe lasted 4-5 minutes before I hung up, if your going to act like that then maybe customer service isn't your thing....

Tom Kelleys has been amazing from the first time I came in, and that is still true with every visit that follows. With it being family owned, you'll find it much easier to bridge the gap with new equipment as you increase your skill level, they show that they truly care about their customers, and I highly recommended them to any bowler.
