The seats could be updated in the theater and cleaned I don't care for those types of cushion seats because they don't stay clean but I understand the concept of needing to be comfortable. I really don't care for theater's but I've been to better.
My daughters first performance was here, so I’ll never forget this stage.
Intimate performance space. Really, not a bad seat in the house. Caveat being the limitations to access to anyone who might be impaired or unsteady on their feet. Stairways down to restrooms are steep and frankly, a little scary. We saw a Flamenco performance and it was great. Sight lines, lighting, acoustics all fine.
Cute, intimate theater that I attended for a double date valentine day experience. Has a bar in the very next room! Offered Valentine's themed drinks at $6, great deal. Didn't try but the atmosphere was pleasant. No reason to not return.
If you want a New York Broadway experience and not have to spend an enormous amount of money Play &Players is the place to go Their latest production The Roommates was funny, witty and very touching. I found myself laughing and crying . A wonderful show.
I saw Lay Me Down Softly. Cheap ticket. Good company. They had a good set and a good team. Very very very Irish. Not sure if that's the theater or just the show; I was touristing. Would recommend especially for the fans of Eugene O'Neil.
Saw "Lay Me Down Softly" during the very slow Labor Day weekend. Sweet little theater on a lovely, quiet street. Impressed with the talent and professionalism of this troupe. I'm sure they would bring same to any production. Will be returning.
