I have had private sessions with Linda Putthoff and Deb DeAngeles, and have had excellent results in working through physical issues. The classes I have attended are helpful to my general well-being. Pilates and yoga strengthen the body and create balance. By the end I feel calm and recharged at the same time. The space itself is clean, warm, functional, aesthetically pleasing in its simplicity. I recommend the practitioners at Plaza Wellspring to friends.
