Pleasant Ridge Apts

RUDE STAFF: I came in on Monday because I had a tour scheduled for 2pm. I got there before 2pm & there was a sign on the door that said they will be back @ 9 & the door was locked so I turned around & headed for my car. Then, the leasing agent, a young blonde woman, came to the door. I went inside & she asked which floor plan I wanted to view & she said one of the floor plans won’t be available until this Friday, did I still want to look? I said yes & we both got in our cars & drove to the building to view the unit. Once we got out of the car she said NOTHING. She was silent for the whole duration of the “tour”. She didn’t say anything at all. Literally. She was on her phone texting or scrolling. This was unlike any apartment tour I’ve ever had. This was the worst service I’ve ever received from a leasing agent. She gave no details or specs about the unit, the community or amenities. When I was done viewing the unit, I just headed for the door. She followed behind me, got in her Camry & left. Still without saying a word. I’m very disappointed because I had been apartment hunting all day & looking forward to viewing this apartment the most & hopefully leasing but due to the service I am no longer interested. Customer service needs major improvement.

Pros - relatively cheap apartment and in a convenient location. Close to a shopping center and right off the highway making it easy to get to work. Cons - Maintenance. Apartments are not well maintained. My mailbox has been broken for over 4 months now. Every time I bring this up I am told the money is in the budget for this year but to wait. Gates into and exiting the apartment are busted open more often than they are working properly Parking has gotten better but used to be abysmal. People used to constantly park in other people's parking spots. This has slowed down after they started towing liberally. Neighbors for the most part are quiet but people come and go. There is a sheriff that is posted by the leasing office. Make of that what you will.

I have only great things to say about this complex! The manager, Ashley and her team at Pleasant Ridge are so awesome! The property is centrally located to everything you need in Little Rock and within walking distance to the Pleasant Ridge Shopping Center.. in case you need to walk home from Bar Louie! Gated with a courtesy officer on property gives a nice sense of security! The only downside to the property here is it is so popular, it's got a wait list to get in! So call them asap to get a spot!

I have lived here over 2 years . I would have to say Props to Christi and Ashley. They have been super great. They have went above and beyond to make my living experience here comfortable. Any new tenants here will enjoy the location and the size of the apartments .

This is the best renting experience I’ve had since my husband and I moved to Little Rock! Maria the manager is great! Her and all of the staff are very proactive at getting things done. They show compassion to their tenants. You aren’t just another person that occasionally walks in the office. They know everyone by name and always have a warm greeting at the door. The improvements are wonderful. Our apartment is completely upgraded with new appliances and beautiful quality carpet. I couldn’t ask for more. Location location location! That is also a wonderful thing. Shopping within walking distance without the noise of the hustle and bustle. Truly a great place to live!

A few things that I truly love about living here at Pleasant Ridge are their customer service and their attention to the needs of the residents. The promptness of the maintenance staff. The constant upkeep of the property. The relaxing pool area and fitness center are well maintained. Oh yeah and the complimentary starbucks coffee in the lobby area. I've referred several people to join the Pleasant Ridge neighborhood family.

The worst place ever in the world, dont spend your money and time. There is garbage everywhere on the road and steps. There was leak at my bedroom and bathroom but nobody care. If you like dangerous and dirty place, dont wait rent a place from this apartment. If you can check positive review’s accounts, you are gonna see they are fake.

I have enjoyed living at Pleasant Ridge over the last few years. My apartment is by far the biggest one I have ever lived in, it is more like a house than an apartment. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating and maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.

We moved here in March 2021. Love it here!! It's nice and quiet. Christy made our move in a breeze. She's kind, helpful, friendly, professional and eager to assist. I hurry to get home to sit on my patio some evenings. Also, I have to mention that maintenance takes care of my requests in a timely manner. Great place to live!!! Not disappointed at all.

Been here since November 2020 and enjoyed staying here. Everytime I need something fixed or have an issue they get it done right away. The management team always asks if there is anything I need to give them a call. This is my first apt in little Rock and love it so far. No issues and very quiet area.
