This place is terrible the service is bad, there are more managers and supervisors behind desks than there are actual nurses and lna's that will help you , if you push a call button it takes a minimum . 37 minutes to see a nurse. terrible bandagesterrible machines worse food portions

This place is awful. They put my mom on hospice and starved her to death. She weighed 70 pounds when she died. Called me and said she didn’t eat in 4 days and would not give her an IV when we begged them to. She died 2 days later from starvation!!

Wonderful stay here. I do not have one complaint. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. The building is just beautiful, I am happy to go home but will miss everyone here.

The therapy is wonderful! Great therapists and they are helping me get strength to return home. Nursing staff and food is good too. If recommend to anyone.

My Grammy has been a resident of Pleasant View for many years following a stroke. They take great care of her and she is an active part of resident council as well as staying involved in community events. I’m very grateful for the staff who have become like a second family for her.

I like that I have my own room and was able to decorate it. That was important for me to have it like my home. I have a lot of freedom to do what I like.

I've been here 5 years. Nursing staff are fun and make me laugh. They make me feel independent. I'm lucky to have a private room and I enjoy that.
