Had 2 business checking accounts here . Went to get a doc notarized as is complimentary for business account holders I was told they would not do it . I called before going to location and asked for an appointment and was still rejected to get my business docs notarized .
This is a bank that doesn’t have any bankers. No transactions allowed. Only access to ATMs. I assume if you need to open a credit card with predatory interest rates, they’ll open up for you. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere. 0 stars.
Excellent service; manager was very accommodating and helpful. Long line of people, but they managed to see us in less than 15 minutes. We visit periodically once per month and always have good experiences with the tellers.

Limited street parking for a bank near the border of DC and MD. PNC uses only automated teller machines.

Worse branch 2 stars rated and still don’t bother to fix the issue. On a Friday afternoon 1 teller helping the front and the drive thru seriously you guys suck respectfully. Just close the branch of hire better people
I have created an appointment via text as there was a line to the Georgia Avenue location. After waiting for 30 minutes, I managed to call the Silver Spring location, traveled to Silver Spring and was in-and-out in 10 minutes they allow walk ins I still have not received a response. Go to the Silver Spring location! The service is amazing and the staff is great!
I have banked at PNC since it was Riggs Bank, August1980. I mostly use online banking, ATMs and avoid dealing with the tellers and managers. I had to go in today because I needed cash for use out of country. I visit my family in Pakistan often and I support some charitable causes and needy families there. The manager, Ms Brooks and the teller I had to deal with today, Ms. Bush, were rude, abrupt and deliberately insulting. I had previously complained about why the tellers question me why I need $100 notes and why I didn't call before. Today, there was only 1 teller handling customers, both in lobby and drive through window and 3 managers walking around. The manager was in rare form and fuming at me. She said why are you banking here. Why don't you change. I felt insulted and mistreated. I believe in letting people know so they can change behaviour. All humans are my people. However, now I think I should start looking for another bank.
PNC is a horrible bank but this branch is in a league of its own. They don't care about customers, no follow up calls, they show total contempt, and disrespect and can't even perform basic banking transactions. Wish I could give them a Zero start review.
