I love this branch. Everyone there is always incredibly friendly and helpful.

They added another ATM Machine which is great, since COVID-19 closed the insides. One machine is always accessing limited transactions. It can make withdrawals but no deposits.

The customer service is too slow to slow

The staff is nice but for one location is in the ghetto. And for 2 they’ll treat u like a criminal. I was tring to cash a prepaid money order and they had all these security checks that didn’t allow me to cash it. I went immediately to the branch I usually use on neil ave and had zero issues cashing it.

By far the absolute slowest operating bank

The bank itself is probably ok, but the ATMs seem to constantly be out of money. The walk-up ATM is a little uncomfortable being out in the open and so close to the parking lot/road.

I was really disappointed by their customer service at this location. I am new and coming to open an account and the manager is really rude asked me a bunch of questions, I went to other branch it also closed becouse of the time i wasted on the first brunch.
