A great experience:  after 7 years of various treatments and operations the Doctors and Support Staff are still the best!  Very personable, supportive, informative and professional.  I have high confidence in this group.

I first went to this location because of foot pain and discomfort had x-rays done found that I have both heels have heel spurs  They then gave me or I bought their generic shoe insoles and then the gave me a night splint  Their generic insoles cause the bottom of my feet to go numb they never really question or asked why that happens just played it off  Then I requested custom insoles. I’ve had my feet scanned three different times at this location the first scanned just went into the black hole and never amount to do anything useful or they didn’t even do anything with it  I had the custom insoles adjusted or changed six different times and they still hurt my feet so I don’t know if getting custom insoles from this location is a good idea. I had told them that I stand and walk around on concrete floors all day my shifts are 12 hours Monday through Friday they’re custom insoles and or generic ones or hard plastic or some type of moldable plastic. I don’t think they offer any type of insole at this location. I know of fully rigid, semi rigid, and soft custom insoles that can be purchased elsewhere. They never suggested a different material.  I also had an ingrown toenail taken out from both big toes the procedure went wonderful. I had the normal after surgery discomfort, did what they told me to do soak it put the gel on it that they gave still got infected it’s decided to stop using the gel and went to a antibacterial ointment infection cleared up no more oozing no more pus done.  4-5 months later the same pinching and burning sensation that I was feeling before the surgery to have them removed is now coming back. I went in and said hey I’m still feeling the sensation that I had before removal of the ingrown toenails. I think they’re growing back they immediately blamed it on my back issue and the completely ignored the complaint I had with the insoles I had said they are still hurting my feet the other ones don’t they just make my feet numb  If you just need your toenails trimmed and you can’t reach your feet look no further is the best place for that and only that

Podiatry Care, PC and the Heel Pain Center is a great facility.  Staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Wiesner is wonderful, she’s kind answers all questions did a fantastic job on my bunion.  I would definitely recommend her.

I've had three minor procedures done at the Enfield, CT Office. The staff and Doctors are very professional and courteous. Dr. Vander Pol is an amazing Podiatrist. Thank you, and your Staff.

Everyone has been wonderful! Dr. Vander Poel was thorough and listened to everything I was experiencing. After 2 visits I’m nearly pain free. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing with the service. Marsha the office manager and AJ the bill collector messed up my bill. Blamed it on me and my insurance company. Told them the procedure didn’t work. They told me they can’t guarantee it. And on top of that I’m responsible for the bill. So now I’m paying significantly more than what I was quoted and I still have the same issue. Spoke to the senior partner she was nice and kind, but unfortunately at this point I’m not comfortable going back into the doctors office and there is still no resolution offered on the billing issue.

Dr Winters was very good with my father-in-law and myself.   Efficient yet friendly.   I hi h hly recommend her.

Dr. Weisner I find to be an excellent caregiver.  I feel comfortable enough with her that I have no misgivings about speaking with her on a fairly colloquial basis.

There was some confusion regarding date of appointment and I arrived 24 hours after they expected me. I was leaving on trip and was hoping to get it taken care of before leaving. Although no openings they squeezed me in and took care of issue.
