Ive been a regular at the glen mills location for a few years, First time going to this location. Staff seemed miserable and my bowl was only half filled even though I asked for double shrimp. Save your money and go else where.Food: 2/5

I have found that none of the people who own/operate these Poke franchises are particularly friendly nor do they understand the importance of customer service - this place was no exception The food however is always consistent and freshFood: 5/5

Good selection of protein and toppings. Everything tasted fresh and the servings were huge! Decent amount of gluten free options too. Also have a Buy 10 get 1 free card they give you. It's not very big in the store, probably has limited seating during busy times. But both times I went, there was no wait and still plenty of seating. Definitely recommend for eating in or take out.

This place is a love hate relationship. I love the food…but the customer service is awful. I feel like the staff is super unwelcoming and I feel like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. When ordering I always have to ask for more scoops of veggies because they really will grab a single cucumber and think that’s fine. But for $16 I would like my bowl to be filling. This place could use some work when it comes to the staff and how they interact with customers.

I ordered through Door Dash Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington De location. My bowl came half filled with barely any of the ingredients I requested, even the toppings were low. This is the second time this has happened, so seems to be a trend at this restaurant. I’ll order elsewhere.Food: 1/5

Come here frequently and whenever the old man is there staring over the workers shoulders, don’t buy anything. He must force them to skip out on these meals. Not happy for $30 worth of meals and there’s hardly a couple bites of tuna. Better spending your money elsewhere.Food: 2/5

Im a Dasher who just experienced the absolute rudest service ever at Poke Bros Kirkwood hwy .on 7/14/23. My 1st thought upon arrival was l may have found a new spot to order from pending presentation etc. That thought was counter by the poor treatment I received while there. My customer sent me a message requesting sweet and sour sauce with his food. I went back inside the restaurant and was told they didn't have any. I then asked for any sweet sauce they had and was told it would be an additional charge of 0.25 cents. When I asked to speak with the manager, the employee Amber and other employees were very rude to me and refused to give me their names. I was told that the manager was not available and that I would have to call DoorDash. It was a disappointing experience and I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
