I am fully vaccinated so not sure who you think you are addressing see below. The reason I am only giving you one star is because of an unsatisfactory phone call today. The person I talked to was not welcoming, bordering on dismissive. Not good.
We really love this doctor, along with our children. It’s conveniently close to our home as well. We highly recommend her for everyone’s kids.
Dr Monique was our pediatrician during the 7 years that we lived in Anchorage. She is an excellent doctor and took great care of us whenever we needed her including after hours and weekends. We were very happy with her and we highly recommend her!
Monique is extremely rude and unprofessional. She traumatized my daughter by yelling at her and criticizing her. She shouldn't be around children period. Only reason she is getting 1 star is because I have no choice.
We had our first appointment yesterday and were extremely satisfied. Dr. Child was friendly, patient and had a lot of great information material for us. Being a doctor doesn't seem to only be her profession but her passion! Her office is a wonderful place where the little ones felt comfortable right away.
