Polly's Fine Jewelry - Mount Pleasant

Polly's is the best jewelry store I have ever visited. The store is beautiful, everyone is so nice and helpful, and the selection is second to none. I love the welcoming family atmosphere. Everyone ensured that I felt comfortable and that I made the perfect choice for me. Polly's is my family's go to for gorgeous jewelry and assistance with everything jewelry related! Rosemary was wonderful to work with, making everything easy and fun!

Great customer service, these ladies are awsome. I had four watches that needed batteries, they were busy. They asked if we wanted some water, even ice cream while we waited, I couldn't believe how kind they were. I will definately be going back. They have really nice jewelry, plus I really can't say enough about the outstanding customer service. I will not go anywhere else for jewelry, why would I.

A great selection of Fine Jewelry... And even more impressive is their quality of customer service. So genuine, so patient, and so kind! I would only go to this Jeweler from now on four needs ranging from repair to purchase...

The customer service reps at Polly's in Mount Pleasant went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. They greeted me when I came in and answered all of my questions. They even recommended jewelry to fit my style and budget, never pressuring me to look at items I might not be able to afford. They even changed the battery in a watch that belonged to my late dad. I recently purchased a ring for my girlfriend at Christmas. It was an aquamarine stone and not what she had pictured ( imagine that). This ring was marked to cost and no refunds or return, nor credit for another purchase. We went in and they gave me full value for what I had spent, and Jamie picked out exactly what she wanted!! The ring came in a day earlier that what was promised, and was absolutely stunning. I was allowed to make payments till it arrived, which made it very convenient and financially easy to pick up early!! Absolutely amazing experience, and they will have all my buiisness in the future!! Restored my faith in great quality accompanied by great customer service!! Luv u guys, and love the smile on her face!!!
