My friend took me to this restaurant in 2018, since then we have been having dinners there. He has been a customer to this restaurant for half of his life. It’s an one of best restaurants that I have been to. The food and the taste is delicious, the price isn’t that high. The service and the atmosphere are beyond great as well. I have been trying every dish when I am there, Every single one is very tasty. It’s unbelievable that price can let you eat really delicious meal. You’d be satisfied after eating their food. My friend and I usually get a drink, order our food, sometimes try their deserts. Their deserts are great as well. Very satisfaction each time when we go there. Last night we went there, I barely write any reviews, but this one I must do.
A good friend brought me here for lunch on my birthday and it was such a treat! The food was great and the water is infused with lemon- it's delicious.
Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing environment. I have been a lifelong customer of Pomodoro and it’s not hard to see why once you try it out. The menu has a lot of great choices for people of all ages. The service, especially during Corona, is impeccable. They take every precaution to make sure your food gets to you safe and amazing.
Very nice, intimate ambience. We arrived on a Saturday evening and we're fortunate to be seated right away. Our server, Susan greeted us and helped answer questions about the small, but nice variety menu. Bread and olive oil arrived along with water and drinks. Food was very good, but the service was outstanding. It's not often that you encounter such magnificent service, but we did.
Delicious food, and very safe takeout during these difficult times. We called in our order and they were waiting inside with our food at the appointed pickup time. When they saw me outside someone came out with our food, wearing a mask and gloves. All very safe, and great food as always at Pomodoro.
This is one of the best Italian restaurants in Boston! I went for the first time a few weeks ago and the food was amazing. I had the Bucatini with Wild Mushrooms and it was some of the best pasta I've had. I will definitely be returning soon!
Cozy, cash only, beautiful room, even more beautiful evening dining. Reservations should be made by calling, they are not on Opentable. Food was delicious, and not too bad on the wallet. I have been there for both lunch and dinner. Small select menu but I like that.
For the prices in particular not impressed. Cash only Service was fine and ambiance cute if loud on a Friday night. Wines by the glass tasted like $6 but cost $10. The seafood pasta was not fresh tasting and the rigotoni had strange pieces of stringy pork in it. Will try the botega across the street next time.
Horrible service and the owner was inappropriate and mean. After putting in our drink order we were told that because we were a large party we needed to place our order immediately and were barely given time to look over the menu. We ordered and once the appetizers came out we were rushed and told that our reservation was only for an hour. Our party of 6 walked out after being treated so rudely by the owner. I would never go back, the appetizer that we did have was tasty but the service and the owner put this place as a DO NOT GO list for me.
Great pasta, salads and arancini. The ambiance was awesome and the Old Fashioned is the first great one I’ve had since my beloved Lineage closed it’s doors. We will definitely be back! FYI: Cash only, so hit up an ATM in your way.
