I made my first appt last fall and was told they took my insurance. With my insurance, preventative care/cleaning was covered at 100%. When I arrived, I was told again (for a 2nd time) that it’ll be covered. They also said that the dentist was requiring me to get X-rays. We all knew my insurance wasn’t going to cover it and a lady at the front desk told me the office would write off the imaging since I wasn’t expecting to get that done and it was at the dentists request. So I agreed. I later got a bill for nearly $400. I went into the office to figure out why I was getting charged and they said FOR A THIRD TIME that it should be covered and they’ll check the billing and resubmit it. Didn’t work because I was sent another bill. I called them up and all they said was “sorry for the miscommunication” and stuck me with $400!! I will never be going back to them and I would not recommend going to this office. The dentists were great, I just wish the rest of the office was too.

My family has been patients of Ponte Vedra Premier Dentistry for over 30 years. Dr. Winter has a very kind, gentle, yet extremely focused and detail oriented demeanor. He is a true master of his craft, and will make you feel comfortable in any situation. He has never suggested to do any work that was not absolutely necessary. We have been so pleased with his treatment, that we bring all three of our children to the office as well! The front office staff and hygienists are all amazing and treat you like family. We could not be more pleased with the office as a whole!

I have been a patient at this office for over 5 years and i have always had a great experience. The professionalism is top notch, the Dr's and their staff really know what they are doing. I refer all my family and friends to this practice. I am appreciative of the time and care that they put into caring for their patients.

I've been a patient of Dr. Winter's my whole life. Every time I walk into the office I'm greeted like family and treated with respect and kindness. All of the staff are amazing and I would never go anywhere else for my or my family's dental care. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for awesome dental care!!
