We purchased our pool 4 years ago. At that time we shopped several pool companies and easily zeroed in on these guys (who were 70 miles away). They knocked out the pool in no time, went above and beyond on what they promised, and have been terrific to work with ever since. I would highly recommend.

If I could leave them a 0 I would. I have had nothing but issues with my hot tub and nothing gets fixed. The manger Bob is incompetent and has zero customer service skills. If you are thinking of buying a hot tub from them. Don’t. Go to Dover Pools or someone else. Not this place. You have been warned.

Great deal when I bought my Hot Springs (the best hot tub on the market, I've had 2), but recent NEEDED service has been difficult to schedule...disturbing. When technician came for repairs, found "flaws" in same elbows on two of the pumps...Still have faith in Hot Springs. Love the saltwater system.

I was greeted when I walked in,asked if I needed any help finding anything, and friendly checkout. Store was clean and good prices on items.
