Colony’s team did an excellent job installing our new pool cover that incorporated a long raised curve wall. They were very careful in the placement of the wall anchors in the tile. There was absolutely no issues with the tile cracking. The cover fits perfectly. The team also closed down our pool the same day. I would highly recommend Colony Pool Service!

Used Colony pools for closing my pool first time after being with another pool company for 21 years. Andy and Jacob were very nice, knowledgeable, as well as efficient. I am very pleased and will use them again

Lazy techs that show zero ownership of their work. We've spent the summer repeatedly calling colony to fix our heater and have spent hundreds of dollars each time they come out. Each time, it broke back down within days of colony "repairing" the unit. I finally wasted a Saturday fixing it myself. If they'd bothered using a wrench to open it up, they'd have seen the issue themselves. Colony was known as a quality pool service and we had good experiences with them in the past, but since the change in ownership, they've been awful.

The employees that came to put my cover on were great. They showed me an easy way to connect my compressor to the system to blow out the last pipe. They also helped me with a couple of other small extra tasks

New owners Kyle & company sent out their A team to close my pool last week. The best service since I had my pool built over 20 years ago.

New owners have taken over as of 2021. We dealt with ORIGINAL Colony for past 21 years. Had recent problems, lady on phone was rude and impatient. Gentlemen then got on phone and as I explained problem was short and condescending, even commenting not sure why my husband was calling as I didn't understand what he was saying. Asked me to email him with pictures, I did. Two weeks later, no response. Such a shame a good company would go so bad due to lack of customer relations and communication skills. Update: I need to add "dishonest" to this review. 1. I was emailed me back after seeing this review, again over 2 weeks later. 2. I never ask about a warranty. why would I, the pump was over 5 years old. I asked if a replacement motor was in stock planning to drive down and pick it up as I did 5 years earlier. Tone of response tells all I think. An email or phone call apologizing would have been a better response from a company that "prides" itself on helping people.

I strongly recommend these guys I had the pleasure with meeting Kyle and Jamie this summer at a few pools with my company we have and they just do an awesome job with keeping the pools clean, chemicals perfect and doing repairs when they are reported.

Communication was the problem and the lack of customer service. All services are sold a la.carte. Unfortunately, we weren't offered of all the services necessary to successfully open our pool. We ended up paying the price we would have normally for a full service which is the same all the other local companies charge while unknowingly agreeing for half the service. The day the serviceman was scheduled no one showed up or called, I had to contact them, and the person still never came. The next business day still no communication I had to contact them again. When the servicemen finally came, they barley wanted to say hello and the passenger had his foot hanging out of the window! Needless to say, that experience wasn't the best, they left never informing us that they were done, no pool updates, suggestions nothing! In addition, our pump was not properly primmed and they left a few screws raised around the pool which is a trip hazard. Upon speaking to the owner, he was not very helpful. No apology and basically said, " it's your pool do it yourself and I'm doing you a favor by not charging you to come back out. Never again will I work with this company.

Service has deteriorated in 2022. My pool is dark green in between service 2x so far. I called twice this week to ensure they would come out to correct it. Was assured that service would be here Friday and no one showed up, no phone call or email. I’m stuck with an unusable pool for a pool party. I never had any issues like this prior to this year. Disappointed

Initial consultation was great, staff was professional, efficient and courteous! I can't wait for the actual install.
