Swift Pools

They opened my pool on 6/2, It stopped working 6/4. I called 6/5 for them to fix it and they want to charge to come back out and the repair. Not to mention they said they are booked with their last week of opening and would be free next week. They were still concerned with opening yet not concerned with making sure the pool they just opened is working properly. They could have a least said we will come out and see what the problem is and if easy to fix then fix it but if an unrelated issue to their opening then set up an appointment to fix with charge. Instead they want to charge a despatch fee and a labor per hour fee. Rip off. Nothing special about this family own, small business (aka suppose to be caring company). Poor business etiquette. And some of the 5 star reviews are their employees.

They know everything about pools!!! Always pleasant and very helpful!! Lots of stock!!

They don't return your calls after leaving message after message. They're condescending and seemingly disorganized.
