I stop by here frequently and by far this is the best Popeyes in Bham. The staff the service the chicken all top notch!! I don't know the gentleman's name who is the manager but he's very professional and so nice..

The intercom outside doesn’t work the employees in there sitting down and some are playing. I’ve been sitting in the line 30 minutes and still haven’t made it to the window to place an order. The line is around the building they really need better management

First time in years I received hot fries with hot chicken from any Popeye's.

I ordered my food for pick up on the app. And they didn't receive my order. But they did my order fast. And the food was delicious.

Headache, headache, headache! Finally the mgr has taken control of this slow paced place

They need to burn it down. The worst Restaurant I have ever experienced. Missing the first part of the menu. The drive thru speaker doesn't work. I pull up at 10:45 am and managers and employees are outside smoking weed. And to top it off they don't have any spicy chicken or apple pies. Just a dump.
