The staff are very friendly and attentive. This is a traffic, high volume location at the food court of Providence Place Mall. the classic and spicy chicken sandwiches are delicious. Covid-19 pandemic protocols are in place and are being observed.

Got my order very incorrect, the mac & cheese was awful mush in cheese water

When I order my tender combo the box too small for my order, they didn’t give me my barbeque sauce and they put 2 time the sauces. I’m upset of Popeyes.

The food was definitely Popeyes chicken. The customer service was ok.

You belly ends madly full after eating all that chicken and fries. The food was not good but nod bad in the same time..

Employees do not wear hair nets, the floor, walls, and counters are filthy. Do not recommend, i wouldn’t be surprised if I found a hair in my food.

Love the big thick juicy chicken breast that came with my 4 piece meal! Server gave me to few Cajun Fries!
