Firstt off best customer service very friendly staff quick service and patient while i was trying to decide what i wanted to eat. Hands down the best chicken tenders i have had. The biscuits are out of this world and the fries are sooo good. I also recommend the rice and beans. Its in a great location.

The food is perfect. Flavorful ,crisp and hot. They just can't count. Ordered a ten piece, got 8. Ordered a 12 piece, got 11.

Orderd the 8 piece mild.. one side large as is stated and biscuits we decided on fries. Very generous with sauce on the side however, for about 20 bucks my family and myself 2 adults and 1 child weren't very impressed. Could be more crispy and offer two small or medium sides instead of the one.

This is the worse Popeyes I had ever went to first and last time. I always go to the one on the mall or the reservoir one for my bad luck I was near the one in smith’s st very unprofessional some of the staff really rude I love to eat chicken Popeyes but I will never come back to this places

Everytime I order from here i never receive my drinks n i never get my money back for the drinks that i didnt get this the fourth time this happens to me n I'm tired of it.

Love popeyes chicken. But there employees are super slow lately. Seems most dont know what they are doing. Hope they get it together over there . The food is worth it. Establishment is clean.

The BEST chicken sandwich, by far, of any where else in the country. My "Popeye's" on Smith Street,, in Providence, RI, has the best chef in the entire Popeyes food chain!!! Guaranteed!!!
