Simply an unpleasant experience due to the cashier that was very reluctant to explain the menu or answer simply questions. Tip for the management, reinforce the training and check for yourself how you are serving your customers. The cherry on top for me was the passive aggressive approach when I asked for 3 drinks, she asked me which one even thought it’s a self-service fountain. Once I said I will choose later she insisted. Anyway, to never come back.

First time trying Popeyes being from the UK. Server was super nice and the manager checked up on us noticing we weren't local. Chicken was fresh and amazing. The spicy chicken sandwich..... sweet baby jesus it was incredible. The wife said "it was the best chicken sandwich she ever had" considering she ran a KFC for 10 years so had the freshest fillets and zingers which i made her! it was some compliment!

Ordered a family meal. Manager said I have several family meals. The only one posted outside from for $28.99. Took forever just to get through the drive through. I ordered original & when I got home several pieces were spicy. I'm glad my daughter didn't grab one of those pieces because she would have ended up in the hospital. What is it that the 2 Popeyes I gone to sub. Spicy when they've run out of original. Also they don't fry enough up before rush hour. It's ashamed you pay for something & they sub something you don't want without asking you Kid-friendliness: No friendliness what do ever. Matter fact the manager had an attitude

As a TGI Friday's Rewards member, my evening started off with the a specialty cocktail and chips and salsa appetizers. Then I had a wonderful salmon dinner, complete with broccoli and rice. Then the night was capped off with a free birthday celebration sundae. I love me some TGI FRIDAYS inside of The Orleans!! The staff is also great with all customers.

Sat in drive thru 17 minutes. 2 cars in front of me. This was about 2pm today. 2 orders of fries were cold. Chicken sandwich not good. 5 pieces of chicken were old. Ate 2 threw the rest away. Also did not even get the 2 biscuits. Waste of time and 22.00. Will not go back to this location.had to wait 10 minutes to order. She said her register was not working.

This place has horrible service they had 2 mangers 1 was off but at work in street clothes all around the food !!! I took to long to get my food an the manger in plan clothes said the customers complain alot because I wanted cocktail sauce with my shrimp and they didn't have any and I told him they should have told me before I ordered not after I get my order dumbbells

Worst Popeyes Ever!!! Worst Customer Service. The cashier was terrible, he couldn't process my order, and my debit card got block after so many tries. Thankfully my husband was there so I was able to use his card! I asked for my receipt and ignored me, waited over 1hr to get my order, would of left if I could've. Not just that I re-asked for the receipt and told me to wait for another 20 mins, mind you I was already there for 1hr... another customer started to complain to them and they helped them right away, and gave them there order right away!!!! While other customers and myself have been there for longer waiting !!! The manager was rude as well ignored everyone had excuses for everything!!!!!!! By all means avoid this location!!!!! Worst expense ever....... Manager started saying, we were all just being "Smart Mouths" and just complaining.... super unprofessional..

Store #12229- We ordered 2 two 5 piece tender combos and were given shrimp- don't even eat seafood. I came back nicely to exchange & the "manager" hassled me and said he and 2 others with headphones on heard me order and that I kept changing my order, etc. That did NOT happen at all. I tried to tell him he must be thinking of the wrong customer and he then told me he won't exchange the food at the drive-thru the lobby is closed. I also told him everything I said was on dash cam. What a terrible experience and I was being nice... How miserable of staff. Definitely not ever coming back.

They don’t never got two things that match! Peanut butter, no Jelly, Ham no Burger!!! I really tried to be cool but this location disappoints me every time I go there. No matter what time of day, they are always low on something. It’s a popular location and you’d think this would be why they don’t have but it is definitely poor management

I mean this place was good but we had to wait and the spicy was ain’t no spicy. It’s like I got the both regular order. But the staff were nice. I’d come back but I’d really check before I leave.
