Taco Bell

Not sure what the issue is but I just waited fourty five minutes to receive a pickup order. Lines of cars in the drive thru and pickup window waiting for orders. Staff was somewhat friendly but definitely disorganized. Store was clean inside and out.

Ordered take out late night after work. I ordered my regular meal which was 3 crispy tacos and 2 bean and cheese burritos. The tacos were very dry and the burritos were filled with sweet onions. I didn't order them with onions and tossed the burritos. Parking: 40+

I mobile ordered for pick up. My phone rang that my order was ready. I ask about my mobile order the guy said they are still working on it when it is clearly sitting on the counter already packed. After waiting t more minutes another person decided they would help me but they wouldn't touch the order. I had to wait for a 3rd person to actually hand over the order. Then my burrito was prepared incorrectly. It was not suppose to have cheese. I bring it back and tell them then the kitchen staff start arguing about what the screen said. I gave up and didn't want anything to do with the food coming from that kitchen.

They closed the drive thru earlier then what the hours indicated. We pulled up to the drive thru and the guy said they were closed.

Absolutely garbage. Old and cold food delivered by door dash from this location. Definitely do NOT order through door dash or you won't get your receipt or your order. They're rude and completely unprofessional and unorganized. It's NOT worth it. They're excuse is they're computer wasn't working so they couldn't refund my drinks because they didn't have the receipt and they didn't know the price I paid for them. THEY HAVE A MENU. CHECK THE MENU PRICE AND REFUND MY ORDER!!!

When we walked in the ladybtakingborders ask us to use the kiosk. In the middle if the order it froze and we had to start over. I explained to her what happened and she took a moment from the drive thru to take our order. The store was not buzy but she was taking order in drive, expediting orders, sweeping the food line... she kinda was a little stressed. But she kept her composure and did it with a smile. That made our customer service experience perfect.

Got to go order wrong, ordered two soft tacos and two spicy wraps, received the tacos, and two sides of spicy ranch dressing in place of spicy wraps. Maybe your communication system needs upgraded or replaced. Drive thru was not that busy around 3am Sunday morn.Food: 4/5

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE FIRST BAD SERVICE THEN I ORDER A CRUNCHY WRAP COMBO AND TWO STEAK CHALUPAS I DIN’T GET HOME WHEN I NOTICE I WAS MISSING THE CRUNCHY WRAP I WENT BACK AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY GIVE ME EVERYTHING EXPECT THE CRUNCHY WRAP THE CASHIER THAT WAS A GUY LOOK ANOYED AND HE TROW BACK THE BAG AND THEN WHEN I FINALLY GOT HOME I FOUND OUT THAT THEY GIVE TWO CHICKEN CHALUPA INSTEAD OF THE STEAKS THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG ORDER BUT THEY DID CHARGE ME FOR THE 2 STEAKS CHALUPA AM NOT GOING BACK TWICE THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

This is one of the better locations in Las vegas. Now this location is a five stars in comparison to I don't know Del Taco. But of course if you're looking for real Mexican food you can do better. I only say that because Google wants me to compare this to a Mexican restaurant location. Honestly there's no comparison to authentic Mexican food but as far as fast food this place is good.

Typically my experiences with Taco Bell have always been great. However this time I attempted to use the app since I had a free taco "with any purchase" promotion from T-Mobile's Tuesday app. It applied perfectly to Taco Bell's app as it showed I had the promotion attached with a taco added to the cart along with two other items I was going to get. No matter what I did the app wouldn't let me order it with the promo. I asked the gentleman at the counter for assistance but all I got was that he never used the app before he could have asked the manager or anyone else. So I gave up and ordered two items off the dollar menu all I really needed was a snack anyway. Which took around 10+ mins to get. The food was at least delicious. The experience this round, not so much.
