Just went through the drive-through! I knew my food was going to be hot, fresh, delicious and on time ! When I saw Miss Miracle! When she's at that window it's no stress for me! Keep up the great work!

West Craig location has the “WORST” closing shift. I ordered a “16 piece family meal” which was shorted by 3 pieces, they tried to short me a side too lucky I looked. Employee had a Attitude about me calling him out on my side. The person taking orders, takes 1 order every 5 minutes. Never a car behind you because the next customer is sitting there at speaker waiting to place their order until there done with the person receiving there food. This was my second time and LAST!!! Both times I came to this location I had issues with my orders. Ask for hot sauce received 6 packets for a 16 piece family meal. REALLY Noticed after I left Don’t call the store they never answer. Oh yeah I also Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches when ordering I repeated multiple times 2 spicy chicken sandwiches got one of each meaning one spicy one classic. “F**k” GET IT TOGETHER POPEYES I SPENT almost $60 on food missing parts of my order. WASTED 25+ minutes waiting in a drive Thur of 5 cars I’ll be calling corporate next..

Folks, love me my Popeyes. But when o have to clean my own table, not cool. Every single table needed wipe and clean with crumbs all over. Do better Popeyes. And yes, I told a worker. But they said they’ll get to it as soon as they can. And then the line got longer. Do better Popeyes.

Did a mobile order for pick up for the first time here. Generally the food is good but with the mobile order I had to wait in line behind every else ordering food, and when I got to the front of the line my food had been sitting out for well over 20 minutes. So rather than have a section in the restaurant for mobile orders they just prep it and throw it to the side. Cold food and hot soda... You're better off going through the drive through..

Fast service and piping hot meals. No wait and nice associates. Bathroom could use a little attention however papers on the floor.

It's always a friendly environment and I don't normally eat breakfast but I thought I try it today and I have to say buttery golden light pancakes potatoes with bacon I should have put cheese on my potatoes but it's so good ...I will be coming back for this now ... Kid-friendliness: There's a play area for the kids and plenty of table for eating and 50 inch tvs to watch the game Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access right fom the parking lot in and out quickly

I've been here a few times with no issue. Today was definitely the worst experience though. Wait time is to be expected with only the drive thru open. Problem is I got over charged and drive thru said there was no gallon or half gallon of sweet tea available, yet we could walk in and order it. Which was only found out when we saw someone walking out with one so we walked in to do so. Definitely some deceptive practice going on right now whether due to current situations with COVID or not is unknown. Also not to the fault of the location but green beans, rice, and jambalaya are discontinued. Overall Food quality is great, everything is fresh, and tastes amazing.

My order was wrong, I got a small fry instead of a medium one. They charge for each packet of sauce. The iced tea vat was wide open and tasted a bit rancid.

Popeyes you have a serious problem with your closing staff at 605 W Craig in North Las Vegas. Last night I literally got into a argument with the closing store manager Damon allegedly over missing fries that I ordered with 2 chicken sandwich combos. It was sad that I had to go back and forth for nearly 10 mins with a teenager over their own mistake. This isn't the 1st incident with the closing staff at that location. Someone should really look into this because the lack of customer service and accountability is running this store into the ground! PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

The chicken was seasoned well. However, the temperature of the food was an indicator that the food had been under the warmer for a while, and fries was cold and hard.Food: 5/5
