Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food here is great and so is the service. Love the atmosphere here. Dining area is well maintained and clean. Hopefully, you're lucky enough to have Pearl take your order. She is a sweetheart.

The Food was okay but the place was disgusting. We were so grossed out eating here. Every window had sludge on it and the floors and tables were sticky. There was a metal industrial bucket of murky water on one of the tables and the broom was laying out in the open. Food was all over the floor. Looks like this place hasn’t been cleaned in years. Will not return here again.

Once again dining room not opened. The drive-thru was 14 cars deep. Waited entirely to long to place order. Order was processed in a timely manner and correct. One by one I am taking these fast foods restaurants off my list to visit. I had no plans to dine in. Only to place an order inside.

I went there with my husband the lady at the window seemed nice however was very rude when I got to the window. I gave her my money and told her to give me a moment I had the change and she had already shut the window in my face and cashed me out. When I explained I didn't want a pocket full of change she didn't give me an opportunity to even give her the change she just said oops I already did it real snide. Then we had to wait 25 minutes for our food. I had asked for extra sauces at the speaker. She could have charged me then. She brought me my food with one sauce. I had to go back around to get the remainder and repay for them. Then when I began to eat my food I found a two in beard hair in the bottom of my nugget basket as if intentionally put there!!!!! Horrible establishment!! Horrible customer service!!! Will NOT BE Going back!!!!!!!!!

Imagine getting off work and wanting to stop and get some hot and fresh chicken. You pull up to the doors locked and someone telling you to go through the drive-thru. Insides closed no problem so you pull up to the speaker after watching them standing around with their kids in the store to tell you our system is rebooting and we don't know how long it's going to take to come back up. Will probably never eat at this Popeyes again and don't recommend because of the customer service. This was 30 minutes before they closed.

I was craving that spicy chicken sandwich. The lobby was closed so I had to use the drive-through. Unfortunately the restaurant was only staffed with 2 employees but they were busting their backs to handle the customers. The order was correct and the employees were super friendly.

Got a chicken sandwich combo with mashed potatoes and gravy I got a fingernail in my mashed potatoes and gravy so be careful you might get a nail in your potatoes

Actually I was quite disappointed today. Every other time I have been there the food has been fresh and delicious. Today I ordered two chicken sandwich meals and a side order of onion rings and I made it to the window pretty quickly. Then I sat there for a while and figured it was because they were making my food and it would be fresh. When I got home one order of fries was missing, the order we got was old and limp and the chicken sandwiches also were not fresh. I should have checked the bag at the window to make sure the order was there but it's sad that you have to do that nowadays to be sure that your order is right and fresh.

Food is always hot, fresh, fast, and taste amazingly good. It is rare to find all those qualities from other businesses. This is my kids favorite place to eat, food is more homely and far more superior than fast-food. Can never go wrong with Popeye's.

Much improved. Appears cleaner and better managed. The classic sandwich really is the best out there and I love their sweet tea..buy it by the gallon! I know they are supposed to be a Cajun type fast food restaurant..just wish they would offer some sides besides their slaw, onion rings, and biscuits that were not spicy.
