There is an older lady working here that is beyond RUDE! Do not order online! You will wait just as long as someone that just walks in! It will just waste your time! I placed an order online and went to pick it up! Spent my whole 30 minute lunch trying to get a sandwich I already paid for! I will NEVER return to this location!!!

They have the veggie patty! Not all Subways have that. Employees are usually friendly when I go for lunch. Clean restaurant. Even the restroom is well-kept. Only complaint is the sweet tea. Sometimes its almost clear, like they didn't use enough tea in the ratio, and sometimes they don't have tea at all. Other than that, I like this Subway.

I ordered this online because I have a short lunch break. They did not make my sandwich until I got there, making me LATE back to work, and they didn't read the ticket and gave me the wrong bread. Will NEVER be back!

2nd time My BLT has had zero bacon atleast a $3 difference In price between a veggie and a BLT, shorted me cookies 3 times, and didn't even offer to refund the difference or any gesture of good faith considering how much I order from there. Bad buisness, won't be returning.

The last 3 times I've been there around 6am there has always been a reason why they can't serve me in the drive thru. Today, they said they were counting the registers and it would be "at least" 15 minutes wait time. This was at 6:05 am. So I went somewhere else. Seems like one person could count, while the other served. Not good business. Thought you might like to know.

WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING. With the current foreign owner you will be lucky to get the bread paying for the sandwitch… CHEAP SKATE

This is truly the worst subway in Jeff. We usually avoid it since there are two others, but this one is closest. My family never has issues with the other two, but we’ve had orders messed up MULTIPLE times here! They’re always missing ingredients or even adding ones that were never ordered. I even paid extra for a deluxe cold cuts combo and there was only a slice of bologna and a little bit of cheese. Seriously, go to one of the other subways further down 10th street if you don’t want to waste your money.

Went in early evening after dark, Located in an old strip center, restaurant surprisingly clean, friendly prompt service, 2 young ladies working, which they handled customers fine. Due to the area I am concerned for their safety. Food good. Steak and cheese my favorite. Litter in parking lot. Returned for Friday dinner. Friendly, clean and efficient. Owner/Manager apparently there. We Ate inside. Only saw a few customers come in and take out. No drive thru. Odd location, in older part of Jeff next to apartments. Got the “rib” subway, tasted just like a McRib. 7-23-21: reduced from three stars to one. went in with subway coupon. young male employee, maybe 16 yrs old, told me they don’t take subway coupons there. i thought he was joking at first. i left.

I ordered subs on Christmas Eve where the app said they were open. When I got there, they were closed. I called up 5 times a couple days later with no answer. I finally got through and the lady who answered did not speak English or claimed not to. I called corporate 3 times and they have emailed the owner each time I called. There has been no response. Corporate claims the store did not turn off their app order service. I did not receive my subs and I'm out $21. So frustrating!! 1 month later, still no answer.

Tasty sandwiches and cookies for dessert! Excellent service.
