Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I asked for a Mac and cheese and it was fulll of cheese, really mostly cheese in there. They waste your money. It was so foul. Never getting Popeyes from there ever AGAIN!

Check your order before you drive away from the restaurant. Even if there is a line, do not pull away from the window without checking your order. If you don't you will regret it. They give you the chicken they want you to have, not what you order.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS SOLD A CHICKEN SANDWICH FILLED WITH FLOUR ON THE ENTIRE BUN. I went back to the store and the manager was completely rude and not of NO ASSISTANCE. I have contacted corporate and they will handle next steps. AGAIN DO NOT EAT HERE OR YOU'LL REGRET IT FOREVER

Fast food places generally don't get more than three stars unless there's exceptional service. Not bad here; the man I think was the manager was courteous but insisted I had to download the app to get a special. Understandable for the restaurant to get the difference $2 from the parent company. The drink was almost half of the cost of the special!

It's OK chicken. You can tell it's under a heat lamp all day. Everything I come here there are out of regular chicken strips and only have spicy. Never a line so you get your food pretty quick.

My name is Miss Barr I went through the drive-through because I'm handicapped I ordered 2 chicken sandwich with extra Mayo no Pickles.One for me one for my Husband they put that hot and spicy Sauce On it.OMG It also had pickles where we had to throw away because we could not eat them. So I figured I should give Them another try. We just Open them up and the same thing they loaded it with that hot sauce No Mayo They don't give you what you order. if you try to call they don't answer the phone. The young lady could not understand English so she had me pull to the window. Then she repeated my order back to me.Best she could.. Don't know if it's the people packing the order. Or where the breakdown is. Very sad to have to throw food away because you cannot eat it. Not to mention the money wasted. So I suggest check your order you will have to open the sandwich to make sure you get what you paid for. Other than that you are Out of luck no accountability !!!!! I understand mistakes but when it keeps happening there's a problem. This is the 1st bad review I have ever done I feel like this one is well deserved.

I was trying to order the big box Combo. And the Asian Managert was rude saying that they don’t have it anymore . And I ask hen why ? You don’t have chicken? Or fries ? He said yes being rude

Ordered ahead on the mobile app and went to the drive thru. Their system went down so they were only accepting cash for non-preorders so the cashier told me to park and they would bring it out. Waited 20 minutes because I thought they needed more time due to the system outage and watched multiple workers walk food to other cars and same for the drive thru. I eventually went inside to ask and my food had been sitting on the counter the entire time. When I asked why no one brought it out or why the person didn't just tell me to come in, they wouldn't make eye contact and just muttered an insincere apology. Terrible communication among the staff.

Sometimes the wait is so much from the drive through that you might feel compelled to come out of your car and join the multitudes waiting inside for their orders. But, nevertheless the staff remains friendly while getting your order right and the food....the chicken... oooothat chicken from Popeye's never disappoints.

I've been to this location 4-5 times now and have had consistently great service and food. The staff seem a bit more personable than at the two locations closer to home which I'd become accustomed to. Tonight I was helped by one of the managers "Efron". I'd placed a large order through the app right at closing which the app probably shouldn't have allowed to go through, including for some items they no longer carried. The manager was very apologetic and explained the problem and offered me various alternatives including him staying later. I felt like I was at a "Mom n Pop" restaurant talking directly with the caring owner. don't know if this is a corporate Popeyes or a Franchise, and not certain I have his name correct....but I'll definitely be back. Hopefully the owner of this franchise or the corporate powers that be, realize they have a great asset with this manager.
