Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The Cajun Flounder Sandwich and the chicken Sandwich are both totally amazing. That said, the customer service is atrocious at this restaurant. Easy 5 stars for the food. 1 star for the drive through staff=3 stars.

Not only did I wait in the drive through line for 40 minutes. This is what I had the pleasure to enjoy from the famous Popeyes Chicken. The Duck sauce packet is bigger than the chicken wing. That's what both wings looked like and what I paid over $8 for a 2 piece combo meal. Smh

The service has really dropped since this location initially opened. The cashier did her best, but she really needed some support that just wasn't there. Ownership/management needs to evaluate how to better service customers in a more timely manner.

Cashier was very nice. They were super busy, but the food was hot and pretty quick.

It wasn't good at all, my chicken was dry and couldn't get any fries. I ordered a large Dr. Pepper but instead they gave me a med sweet tea. Asked for some sauce but none was in the bag. Spent 25 mins in drive thru and 35 dollars on food that wasn't so great. Oh well I guess you live and learn

Yum! The Sandwich spicy but not hot. Forget Chick-fil-A. Liked fries and coleslaw. Liked red beans and rice but not refried beans at the bottom.

First off, I love Popeyes. The lobby is closed, so you have to use the drive through. I waited 15 minutes and only moved 2 cars closer and was still 2 spots away from being able to order. If the drive through is all that's available, it should be much faster.

Popeyes did well today. Tried their cajun fish sandwich today. It was very good. Has their signature spicy flavoring to it.
