Firehouse Subs

Had a meatball sub and it was good. Had the macaroni and it was terrible. Doesn’t taste good and has an after taste.

Walked in and placed order for 2 med subs. Waited over 20 minutes to receive subs when the restaurant looked like this inside.

This place was a terrible experience for me. I got lunch w/ my friend and it’s really nice the staff gives us pickles but when I opened my sandwich, they only gave me half a pickle and not a whole pickle which was disappointing.

Although our food was good I was so very disappointed in what was a $13 sub that was suppose to be a large but looked more like a small and the chili bowl was literally only a cup full of chili! The employees were nice and the store was clean. Also they are great about our first responders.

The service is so slow. I placed an online order to be ready at 2010 and the order wasnt ready by the time I got there and still had to wait 10+ more mins for it to be done. Why have online ordering when you still have to wait. ShamefulFood: 2/5

They have some beautiful options for subs! I thought I would go in and try a lot of different ones but I stick with the same two because that's what I like! They are always as good as the last time I was there!Food: 5/5

We've stopped at this Firehouse several times while traveling been NC and SC and always pleased with the food and service.Food: 5/5

If I could give a one star I would, I was eating my sub and found a hair in my food and pulled it out of mouth, I have eaten hear plenty of times my husband sub was fine but my issue is when I called the manager said to bring the sub there, when I don’t want to eat there again due to not appropriate handling of the food. The manager had a spoiled attitude and when I called the first time left me on hold, please check your food and be aware of this before eating there. The biggest thing is to not have a bad attitude and hair was literally in the middle of my sub when I was eating it.

Service is not too great. There were times when I didn't feel welcome. Some of the employees appear bitter. Subs are good, but that's it. Going to Subway.

Love the sub but my order wasn't correct this time, tried to call to correct, no help.
