Swift intetaction time for ordering and receiving your order that's placed, took only at most 2 minutes just to get my order. Very friendly staff, really draws you in to want to come again; just cause of the one interaction you have, they really seem like they'd go up and beyond just to get you to come back. The atmosphere was great also, no trash or messes left to pick up, and they have plenty of comfy seating. Their drink selection is also good, a lot more than mchdonalds or Chick-fil-A has. Parking: Plenty of parking, spaced out, so you're not cooped up between vehicles
Ordered only 1 buy 1, get 1 free single Dave burger Friday night at drive thru. At Midnight. Girl tried to charge us 22.00 dollars. Order was only 5.00. Seems some employee dishonesty going on. We left. The managers and owner should be aware of scam.Service: 1/5
I ordered through door dash. They told them to place my meals in separate bag, it wasn't by the meal. The chicken nuggets that was delivered wasn't correct.This is the mess that I was delivered, full of old grease.Food: 1/5
I had the worst customer service experience with this store yesterday. Initially in the drive through, They told me to pull up to receive my order after paying, but must have forgotten about me, So I went inside to see if my order was ready. When I got inside, the young black lady with the blonde hair completely ignored me for about fifteen minutes while mostly deliberately having her back turned to the counter to watch and talk to the cooks, who were doing their part of their job. After the fifteen minutes, her manager came over and told her to offer me service, and by the time she finally acknowledged my presence, I asked for a complete refund. I never confirmed if they made my order. The young man who came to execute the refund just complained about how this was "a whole 20-30 dollar refund", which was baffling because it was only me in line anyway, and I don't think they ever made the order. I would advise that if this particular store asks you to "pull up" after paying, just demand a refund immediately while at the window to prevent a totally bad experience.
Had not been here in awhile due to the fact they never seem to have all the frosty flavors when I do go. I have the key ring that allows one to get it free too. Doesn't mean much if they are always out of the kind you like. Also they seem rude at times in the past as well as long waits in drive thru. Well, the food was better and the drive-thru moved faster. The only small problem was one overly greasy burnt fry in the french fry container. No big deal, I just did not like looking at it. Finally, the drive order taker was friendly but needs to tell which window they want you to pull up to. The young lady at the drive thru needs a personality check. Body language speaks volumes. Somewhat unfriendly at first. I looked to see if my order was ready and she pulled the bag back as if she did not want me to see my own food. I will chalk it up to negative thinking on her part. I spoke after receiving my order from her, and then she seemed more polite afterwards. They need more training in my opinion.
Hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. The cashier walked away for about 2-5 minutes after taking peoples orders there is 9 people standing in line, she’s averaging about 1 customer per 6 minutes. This is supposed to be fast food. The manager is standing in the cut not doing anything about it. Ridiculous. If I could give service no stars that’s what I’d do.
The location is extremely unprofessional and undertrained. I haven't eaten at Wendy's in years, and it was only befitting that this location lacked professionalism and training to make a salad and provide fresh fries. Not only that, but my order was taken knowing there wasn't any salad made, and once it was known, an employee came from outside to convince me against a refund. By the time I received my order, my fries were half filled and cold. The salad was red tipped and frostbiten. The tomato was also soggy. Also, there were a number of individual behind the counter sitting on their phone, playing in the hair, and touching money before touching food. Thanks for reminding me why I don't eat at Wendy's.
I had a disappointing experience at Wendy's in Columbia. Despite ordering online, I waited for over five minutes for someone to take my order. They asked me to pull up and said they would bring everything to me, but I waited for a while for the food and got home to discover that my complete order was not fulfilled. My nuggets were old, and I did not receive the requested condiments. I called multiple times before 2 am, but no one answered. Most disappointing experience at Wendy's in Columbia. June 28th @ 1:30 am!
The employees are lazy and rude. I was told to pull up to the blue mobile sign to wait for my order. One customer was so upset she wanted to refund her order using the mobile card on her phone. I didn't have a clue until I received my food after waiting for 15 minutes. The French Fries tasted like they had been rinsed with water after being cooked. The bacon on my Crispy BLT was black and crumpled. The bread was very hard. I was so upset I couldn't go back to the restaurant in fear that I might break the law. 8/14/2024 I went back and stepped outside my vehicle because my taillight was out I didn't know my gun was showing after that I placed my order and my food was hot and freshly prepared.
Just went through the drive through, the lady was rude as hell taking our order and kept rushing us, I have four children a little patience would be greatly appreciated. When given are drinks she practically threw them in my car window. We were TOLD to pull and it was “ima need yall to pull up so we can bring you your food”. After getting our drinks, none of them were labeled, got our food and we were one fry short and my wrap was ripped straight down the middle. Luckily, I had my husband and kids with me otherwise I would’ve acted out the exact same way I was treated. I will never return to this Wendy’s.
