Popular Diamonds was a pleasure to work with, both before and through our engagement. My now-husband and I decided to choose the engagement ring together, and I wanted a ring that was similar to my mother's estate ring. I couldn't find anything online or in stores that had a similar look and I was really starting to feel destined to having to spend weekends at estate sales to find what I was looking for which is not how I wanted to spend my weekends!. I have already ordered two small pink diamonds from them. I am satisfied with both purchases. First one shipped same day and arrived very quickly. Second one was not shipped right away, so I contacted the staff through their google messaging and was helped rather quickly. Shipped my second diamond right away after they realized it hadn't been already, and it arrived before it was expected. The second diamond has a small flaw within it, but at the low price that I paid, and because I did not specify clarity nor did I ask for photos, I think this is very fair. The stones are both very beautiful and the perfect color that I asked for. I would definitely purchase my diamonds here again. The staff and quality of product are both great! If you're ordering a random accent stone online and are worried about color saturation or any internal flaws, give the staff special instructions, so that they know what you want.
