Fantastic & unique selection of new & used furniture items.

The store and items are breathtaking; however, the shop had horrible customer service, was unprofessional, and we left feeling somewhat robbed. We wanted to buy three items and were unable to workout a bundled deal or free delivery. Additionally, the side tables we wanted were priced individually, and one had a malfunction, but they wouldn’t lower the price to accommodate the issue. Lastly, we were about to buy an armchair for $1,000. At the last minute, the woman told us the tag price was wrong, and the price was $1,800. They wouldn’t honor the tag price, nor would they work to meet us in the middle. The shop worker told us the tags are often priced wrong, but the owner never accepts the list price, which made us feel as if they were trying to pull a fast one on us.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They really care about providing a good experience end to end.

Just heavenly!

Unfortunately, I had a truly abysmal three month experience with Catherine and Kyla. I paid $239.53 for two pillows, which took 13 weeks to arrive and were very poorly made. The entire experience felt like a grift - if I did not follow up endlessly, they would have simply kept the money and never delivered the pillows. The pillows arrived today with stuffing coming out, hot glue on the piping, and the striping seams mismatched. I was offered a 10% refund. I would not recommend doing business with these people.
