Unfortunately, I was just treated incredibly rude by one of the staff who might have been pissed he had to double as a window washer. Not my problem. Have a better attitude or get a different job where you don’t have to engage with the public. I come here because it’s local to me, but I’ll waste the extra gas and spend my money where I feel welcome. I deserve to be spoken to respectfully.
Great place to get almost anything you need, they'll even order something special of you ask. Not the largest of places but they have plenty of inventory, so I won't knock them on that. I've always been able to find what I need, and when I'm feeling adventurous they always have some weird alcohol available that I'd like. Friendly staff, beer and wine tastings every so often, prob a good idea to call them.
This is more than your local wine and spirt store! They have a very large selection of craft beers, from sours to IPA’s always check out the board above the coolers as well as your wines and liquors. On most weekends there is some sort of tasting going on so you can try new things before you buy them in the store. Their staff is what really makes this store, from their recommendations on wines to their friendly personalities, you always feel welcome here.
A very adequate local wine and liquor shop. They have all the basics and the staff are plentiful and helpful. A fifth star because they have Georgian wine here! Expensive but a decent little selection. Such a surprise!
Great shop for adult drinks. The staff are always nice and the selection is amazing for the stores size! Plus the prices are great for the area it is located in.
What was once a gem of a store is now a dumpster fire. The previous wine director had such a great selection of wines that were distinct, great prices and very good. The selection was organized, easy to find items and there was something new to discover each week. Now the new regime promotes supermarket wine you can find anywhere. The organization makes absolutely no sense and its just not as fun anymore. Never thought I'd see a small store act like a Total Wine. What a disappointment it has become. Check out Pemberton down the street, much better selection and prices.
A good selection but the prices aren't competitive.
The wine selection is really hard to understand. Employees seem to have no idea about making suggestions and hardly know where to find easy wine regions. I suggest only going here if you are in a pinch. Otherwise walk ten min to a different shop.
The attendants know their stock well and even give recommendations in case what you want is out of stock
The male employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. If he owns this place, he needs a refresher in customer relations. I asked another employee if they sold Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc and she said no so I asked if she knew to suggest something similar. The male employee then chimed in and told me to do “a quick google search to find something similar.” When I asked him if he seriously suggested I go through every Sauv blanc to google and compare he had nothing to say but proceeded to tell me on my way out to do a google search before I go in next time. He clearly didn’t care for the business so I’ll be taking it elsewhere.
