Great old-school Barn for hockey! Ice is always great. sitting in the stands is comfortable and it's not too cold in the stands.
If the arena is open, they're able to sharpen skates. They do standard sharpening for $6, speed skating flat grinds, V, and custom grinds too. I've always loved this arena. I grew up playing hockey here, and I was happy to see that very little had changed when I visited today. You can't argue with perfection :
I skated today for the first time in at least five years at the Thursday pick up hockey. Had a great time with a great bunch of guys very welcoming and encouraging. Very nice helpful people working there - Jake and Rachel. Can’t wait to come back and play again next week.
Nice, clean, and warm...for an ice rink. Great ice!!!
Fun ice arena. 6$ for free skate, and 3$ for skate rentals.
Have been beyond impressed with this ice arena. My kids are in their Learn to Skate program which meets after school hours. They have made a lot of progress in a month because the instructors are so good. They teach great skating fundamentals for beginners and really take the time and do small groups. At any given time, the really novice skaters are in a group with just one or two others....its almost like one on one lessons. Pleased with the facility, easy parking, and all around selection of programs. Worth the drive!
Awesome public skating! Check it out.
Curling was a great time, recommend it 100% for any large groups in the area who want to do something unique. You learn the basics faster than you would expect and are playing competitive games in minutes. Definitely do 2+ hours
Really nice facility. I just wished the concession stand had need open.
Clean lockerrooms with showers and toilets accessible from each. That's a big plus for coed hockey!! Consistent ice.
