+ Relaxing, local atmosphere and elegant decoration + Nice and friendly staffs. + Good taste coffee. Tried Cortado, not sure which beans they used, but love the cherry/citrus taste. - I was looking for freshly roasted beans but the most fresh batch I could find was from ~2 weeks ago. Overall still a highly recommended roaster.
Staff was really friendly and great vibey atmosphere. Coffee was pretty good, but the nitro cold brew was a bit bitter instead of smooth. The iced coffee was great, though!
Super great place with really great coffee and matcha. They also have so many non dairy milks. I placed an order through DoorDash and wanted to make specific changes to my drink, I did this twice and the lady I spoke to on the phone was super nice and followed all of my instructions. Thanks so so much :-
A very comfortable place to have coffee. I like going there on weekdays's afternoon where I find it quiet and relaxing. Btw, their coffee is amazing! I highly recommend it
Portland coffee is utterly brilliant. They have only one downfall. They're not open on the weekends and it's offensive. Parking: It's right in front of the coffee shop.
Love there hospitality. They have a pickup area. Really good coffee. I accidentally forgot to take a picture of the coffee.
This place is fine, the food choices nerds a little improvement. The coffee is good and they have a pretty good seating area with charging ports.Food: 3/5
Fantastic and friendly service from the staff. We were here to start our coffee tour with Third Wave Coffee. We arrived straight from the airport and were famished. We ordered their vegan breakfast sandwich, the hash brown sandwich, vegan chocolate chip cookie, and their nitro cold-brewed chai. Although the staff was amazing, the facility was clean, and we even saw had a demonstration from the barista of their Endless Summer light roast pour-over, an origin from Ethiopia and Costa Rica; the reason I did not give it five stars was due to the food lacking in taste. The sandwiches were pre-made and only heated in the microwave. The Breakfast sandwich was more biscuit than anything. The vegan cookie was more sugar than taste. Other than that, a beautiful place serving good coffee. Definitely do try the nitro cold-brewed chai. That was unique for us to try as we've never been to a coffee shop that offers cold-brewed chai.
Great coffee, friendly staff, and above all they treat third party delivery drivers good. The last is unfortunately a rarity. Thank you guys for doing coffee right and for treating us drivers like you appreciate us. It hasn't gone unnoticed here.
I rarely get their made drinks even though they are better than anyone else’s. I usually drink regular black coffee and buy the St. John’s whole bean bags of coffee. Really like this roast and bean although I’m pretty sure they changed it when they changed the name and packaging not long ago. The coffee used to be better in my opinion. Maybe they went with a cheaper bean for business saving reasons but I wish they didn’t have to if that is the case. I still buy it though because so far I haven’t found anything better than the St. John’s roast from Portland Coffee Roasters.
