My daughter went to get her hair done for prom. We showed Ashley a picture of what she wanted. I guess Ashley decided to do her own thing. Then after she gets done, she says the hair in the pic can't be done. Paid 38 dollars for something we could have done in 5 minutes at home! We actually found a YouTube video of the original hairstyle and did it ourselves. She should have said it couldn't be done before she started. She didn't even try!

I've been going to Posh for about a year now and after the last time, I won't be back. I'm naturally brunette and when I went in, I wanted cool highlights and a cut that I've gotten every single time. I always do a long bob with tapered ends so that I can have a really messy look. The last time I went there, I was in the waiting room for over 30 minutes and was there for almost four hours.
I showed my stylist a photo and she went for it. I don't like when my stylist just hands me over to the assistant, because I am not paying for them to do my hair. I was left in the shampoo chair for 45 minutes alone and when the cut came, my ends weren't tapered at all. As it was time to check out, they told me it would be $300. That's like a whole car payment and the last time I was there, I got wayyyyy more done and it was less than $200. I'm fine with the overall appearance, but honestly the pricing is all over the place. I need consistency. Time to find a new stylist.

I'm not sure that I can type this because I am so upset. My hair has been highlighted for years. My old hairdresser moved away, so I was searching for someone to do my color. I chose POSH. I asked for blonde highlights. I came out with brown hair. This was $240. I called the salon and complained and the same stylist said she would redo without charges. It turned out "ok". Yesterday I went back for my roots to be done. I have some salt and pepper gray at the roots, so in between the foils I have to have my gray covered. I called to get the prices for what I wanted. Should have been $98. I did not get a haircut and I told her I did not want a blowout as I was just going home. I told her she could dry some of it to see the color. She did. When I was checking out, I wrote a check for $180. That is not even the bad part...my hair is as orange as a pumpkin! I have never received such HORRIBLE results! Today is Sunday and I have a shower to go to. I'm thinking I am going to cancel because I am soooo embarrassed! I am going to have some color correction done. I don't have a clue who to see! I am typing this thru tears. I will NEVER go back to POSH. Never. I'm not sure it CAN be fixed. I have orange hair!!!.....crying in Lexington. I see people all the time with beautiful blonde highlights. I guess I'm going to have to ask a stranger where they get theirs done. As for today at the shower...I have to simply suck it up and go. :'(

Baleigh is great. She touched up my eyebrows today, however she is my go to for hair cut/style, color, etc. I recommend her as well as Posh for any service you need.

No longer my favorite salon. Very disappointed! I used to love coming here, but my past couple experiences have been less than great. I have gotten blonde highlights since around 2011 and have never needed a 'toner' to achieve a bright blonde look. I have explained to my hair dresser the past THREE times I have gone that I just want a FULL HEAD OF FOILS with no balayage or toner, however, this isn't taken into consideration considering she still does balayage or places a toner on my hair, which of course amps up the cost. These highlights never cover the brown in my roots and are pencil thin where you can barely notice anything at all. I feel taken advantage of and like my stylist isn't even trying on my hair anymore. Not to mention, my stylist had an Associate wash and tone my hair. While doing this, the Associate kept asking questions and openly admitted she didn't know the process of whether she should use shampoo before toning or what she needed to do.
I was highly upset that I received less than professional service and was just passed off to an Associate yet again. I only got a PARTIAL HIGHLIGHT with NO CUT, and it cost me $175!!! What??? That is what I normally pay for a full head of highlights, cut and style. The lady at the front desk said it cost so much because I got a 'style'. I do not remember when a partial highlight on shoulder length hair and barely curling someones hair with a flat iron costs $175! I was so furious walking out of this place and really do not think I will be back. I woke up the next day with my roots still showing and the blonde color looking ashy and dull. Disappointed and I feel taken advantage of!
